McKenzie's prov

I watched as the trees and buildings began to disappear. the town lights one bye one faded as we began to drive further and further away. the town I once called home would soon disappear from my side mirror reflection and out of sight. would I ever return I don't know.

"you ok hun?"

I looked over to ware nick was seated his chocolate eyes focused on the road a head of us. his brown hair tied up in to a tiny ponytail which was incredibly sexy.his strong muscles were out lined by his whit shirt which he had slipped on at the petrol stop. he looked a million dollars from this view I bet he looked a million dollars from every view. not being dirty or any thing.

"yeah im fine are you ok"

"yeah I am why you ask"

"no reason just checking"

"is that the only thing your checking" he gave me a quick glance and I could feel the blush creeping up my checks.

"I saw you staring honey you just cant keep yours eyes off me can you"

"honey aye"

"yup is that a problem"

"nah its ok I like that name"

"really so what would happen if I called you babe"

"nothing cause I like that name more to be honest"

I found myself smiling at him now god he was sexy. I focused my eyes on the road as the sun slowly began to fade away and soon the plains would be comforted by the dark sky and the white ball in the sky that we call the moon.

the car was silent it was a comfy silence tho. it gave me time to think about my life now and my future. like where I want to be in the future will I still be with nick? I was brought out of my thoughts as my phone began to ring. I looked down on the screen to see jakes name popping up."hey jake"

"hey McKenzie how are you?"

"jake im fine ok its only been 2 hours ok calm down"

"I know I know its just that your totally leaving me your moving seven hours away"

"yeh I know cause im stuck in car for the seven hours"

I could hear jake laughing on the other end of the line and nick was also laughing next to me.
"come on babe its not that bad"

"yess it is seven hours what don't you get bye that"

"a partly a lot" he chuckled.

"yeh I thought so"

"did he just call you babe McKenzie?"

I let out a loud laugh that made nick jump in his seat.
"yes jake he just said babe calm down"

"what are you talking about McKenzie I perfectly calm in fact im that calm that I wouldn't hit him if I saw him"

"ahahahhahahahhahhahahahahah jake your so funny honestly I love you"

"I love you two McKenzie.... I have to go dinner ill call back don't go any where"

"its not like I can jake"

I herd jake laughing as I ended the call. wow what a convocation I wish I could have more like them. not. it was now seven thirty six. and I could fell my eyes getting heavy as I lay my head ageist the window. I watched as the trees and the plains passed by. my eyes fluttered shut and darkness took me over.

Nicks prov

she looked so peace full laying their watching the out side disappear as we passed. I focused my eyes on the road. wanting it to be a safe trip. I didn't want to crash. and I didn't want McKenzie back in hospital since she had just got out earlier on today. wow this would be a lot to handle. getting out of hospital then being kicked out of home. I don't get how they could do this too her.

I herd soft noises coming from McKenzie's direction. looking over I find her a sleep with her head ageist the window still. I pulled over not wanting to wake her and grabbed a pillow and blanket from the back. placing her head on the pillow I wrapped the blanket around her making sure she was warm.

I started the car again and placed my head phones in my ear to listen to music while I drive. normally I play music by the radio but I didn't want to wake McKenzie. were about six hours into the drive now it is 12.36 am. less then an hour to go. I was so ready to get out of this car.

as I was driving I could hear McKenzie's ring tone going off. who would call at this hour. I took my head phones out and picked up McKenzie's phone. it was jake. I slid the green button a cross the screen and placed the phone to my ear.

"ummm hey jake its nick McKenzie is sleeping"

"oh is she whops I got carried away with the time, how is she"

"she's ok she fell a sleep right after you called so I haven't really herd any thing from her apart from her soft snozes"

"I see, how far away are you from your destination?"

"less then an hour"

"oh yeah well it was nice talking to you nick"

"yeh you to jake"

"look after McKenzie she might be very annoying at times and hard to handle but she is something special so cherish that"

"I will don't worry I wont let any thing happen to her"

"that's good to hear well good bye safe trip"

"thank you jake cya"

"bye"

with that I ended the call and placed McKenzie's phone in my pocket with mine. the city lights began to appear and buildings were seen every where you look. it was an amazing sight and I was glad I was home. I cant wait to show McKenzie this city its absolutely amazing.

15 minutes later we arrived out side my apartment building. I met the door man as I steeped out of my car.

"hello sir I see your back"

"yess thank you umm could you help I need to take these bags up and also my girlfriend who is sound asleep in the front"

"yess very well sir"

"thank you"

I helped unload the bags on to a trolley, then picked up McKenzie bridal style and carried her up into the lift. I waited for the door man who's name is Clarence then pressed the last button on the lift. the doors shut and we began to move. about five minutes later which seemed like for ever we reached the very top floor which was my apartment people call it a pen house but to me its just an apartment. I opened the door and carried McKenzie down the hall to my bedroom. I placed her on the bed under the covers then kissed her good night.

when I reached the front door again I thanked Clarence and said my goodbyes. wow that was hard work. I took off my shoes and carried them down the hall and placed them in my wardrobe. I changed my shirt and pants then went for a quick shower and jumped on the sofa and fell a sleep. what a day.
