Chapter 9:

[Evelynn's POV]

I quickly sprinted to the room and saw Justin sitting up crying and the nurses trying to calm him down because of the other patients.... I walked quietly to the bed and hugged Justin and kissing his head.

"Shhhh its ok me and daddy are here baby. We wont leave you here.. I promise. Baby shhh i love you." I whispered.

"mommy? I wuv you too! i mwiss you too! mommy what happened? i'm soo scwared!!!!" He cried softly on my shoulder.

I heard a knock on the hospital door and saw James. I nodded him forward and Justin saw his daddy. I watched as his light blue eyes beamed with happiness when he saw James. I smiled as they hugged and kissed each other. I went to go and get the nurse as James explained everything to Justin.

As i walked back with the nurse and saw that James was with Justin sleeping. This was the first time i had smiled happily in years. I told the nurse i will call her back and went to the bed and watched their sleeping faces.

Justin was the best thing to me even if he never was my real child, I felt as if he is my child to take care of. He talked in sleep, saying stuff about free muffins.  

James was snoring quietly and suddenly his eyes opened and saw me.

He motioned me next to him and I went over to the middle of them. I snuggled next to him and hugged Justin. That's how we fell asleep. If you were watching us like a movie we most likely look like a happy family.

[Jacob's POV]

I couldn't stop thinking about her. I can't believe she was the Flame i had loved for years. I really fell for her when I first saw her fight this dude named Crusher. And i mean that dude was HUGE! He could have been a sumo wrestler for all i care!

Anyways, I went to her house to give her her bag back, considering she had left it with me. Once I had arrived over at her house, I knocked on the door expecting to see her but it was her brother who answered.

"Ummm, Trystan hey there, I came to see if Evelynn was here?" I asked.

"Oh sorry dude I left her at the hospital just an hour ago." That line got me worried as hell!

"What happened? How bad is she injured?" I asked concern with my eyes.

"Oh you thought? NNNOOOO! she was over there cause her son and I got into a car accident."

"Oh thank g- Wait son?"

"Oh again NOOOOO! I would beat the stupid dad of the child if that ever happens. I would tie his feet to my truck and drive ALL the way to CHINA just to show him what he did was wrong! I woul-"

"ummm your point is?" i questioned him by interupting him.

"Oh right I got a little carried away... anyways it was actually her best friend's son but she took him in as her son."

"Oh... ummm well i just cam to drop this off for her and so yeah. Can you tell her I stopped by?"

"Yeah sure of course."

I left the house and walked to my hideout. I had found it when I was running away from my parents. I had gotten on a fight with them about my girlfriend at the time and took off. This place kept me calm and relax even if my life was hard and unbearable at the time.

I had sooo many questions concerning Evelynn.

Was she the girl i had hoped for? was there a father in the picture? Was she going out with him? Will i ever have a chance with her?

I know I know you hate me? Sorri i havent updated in a while but I had a good reason. I had to get ready for school and i went to my aunt's parent's house and so yep. I promise to do a longer one sometime soon. It's just that im busy.

I'm helping the family with a garage sale and yeah. well look forward to my story soon okay?
