"Hey Meg! Didn't know you were coming too."
Danielle walks around Luke and gives me a wink.
"I'm going to the other girls, see you later girl!"
And she disappears in the crowd, leaving me behind with Luke.
He closes the door behind me and gives me a hug.
"I didn't know Finn lives in such a big house." I'm really impressed and look around.
Luke chuckles and grabs my hand.
"Yeah his parents are quite rich. C'mon let's get you something to drink."
We walk trough the house to the large crowded kitchen.
I can see the garden out of the kitchen. The garden is decorated with loads of little lights. I bet the garden is just a big as the house.
"What do you want?" Luke asks with a beer in his hand.
"Suprise me." I smile and turn around again to look at the garden.
Luke hands me a red cup while pushing the backdoor open.
"Do you wanna take a look?" And I nod.
We walk towards the back of the garden. On our way we meet various people and talk to some.
The garden is really big and the little lights are making it less dark.
We are standing with some friends of Luke and I stand across from him.
I now have the time to look at him. I sigh when he nods at the guy beside him and pushes his hand trough his hair.
"He is gorgeous right?" A girl is standing beside me and she almost gave me a heart attack.
She laughs when she notices en I smile back. "Yes, he is." I look at Luke and can't help but smile again.
"Yeah well I heard he's got a girlfriend so we have to look for another guy that looks that good." The girl sighs and I feel my stomach drop.
A girlfriend? Why did nobody told me this?
I want to ask the girl who his girlfriend is but stop when she points at my necklace.
"How did you get that necklace? I've been looking for months for that same necklace. Are you a Directioner?"
I look at her with a confused face and want to ask what a Directioner is when somebody puts his arms around my waist.
"Ready to go?" A voice whispers in my ear.
The girls looks at me with a surprised face but walks away.
I nod and slowly turn around when Luke grabs my hand again. We walk to the end of the garden where a large swing stands.
We sit down before putting our drinks down and Luke leans against the headrest behind him and puts his arm around my shoulder.
"I like it that you came here. Makes my night a whole lot better."
"Why?", I ask, "you're good friends with Finn right?
I lean back a bit and look up to him.
"I am but most of the time these parties end in a huge drama that I have to solve because he's too drunk to do it himself."
I laugh but then feels his fingers going up and down my arm.
"Luke?"
"Hmm?"
I turn around so that I can look at him. His blue eyes are staring back at me.
"Uhm a girl just told me you have a girlfriend, why didn't you tell me?" This sounds so stupid but I really like Luke and I need to know this.
"I mean you didn't have to tell me, actually forget the question. Is was stupid to ask and it's fine if you have a girlfriend. As long as you're happy it's okay I guess." Luke doesn't stop my rumbling when I look down at my shirt.
Luke puts his fingers under my chin, lifts it up and looks at me.
"I need to tell you something.."
And with those words my heart breaks a little.
