Love By A Thread (A Brisabel Fanfic)

I woke up and rolled, the sun hitting my back. I stared at Brian sheepishly, recalling all the times he'd stare at me when I was asleep. His eyes flicked open, evil dancing in them, hidden in the golden streaks of sunlight.

"Ag!" I shouted, grabbing his firm shoulders and pulling him close, but instead he laid back and put his arms behind his neck. "You bastard!" I whispered dramatically and threw myself across him. Silence.

"Can you sing to me? I love your voice." That was adorable. I looked at the alarm clock on our nightstand-11:28.

"Shit! Brian, we have to go! I'll sing to you later." We both scrambled to get out of bed, trapped in the blankets.  "I have to pee!" I shouted and pushed him off the bed. "Sorry, baby," I said and jumped over him to the bathroom. A few minutes later, I walked back to my closet to get my dress. Sneaking up behind Brian, I tapped his shoulder and whispered, "The purple one looked fine, babe." I got my pink dress and white sweater. Now we were ready and I slid down the banister to grab the present. My phone buzzed, alerting me it was McKenna's birthday.

"Oh shut the fuck up! I already knew that!" I shouted, turning off the alarm and grabbing the car keys.

"We're leaving!" I announced and pushed my sunglasses back on my head. Brian came running towards the door.

"I was just texting my parents, let's go, hun."

I made him drive because I would get us a ticket in no time.

"Oh my gosh Bri! McKenna might get a phone! Then she could text me. She loves me, ya kow." I gave him a smug look and he glanced at me.

"Shut up! AuntiBel." He grinned and held my hand. McKenna would call me that when she was little, and it was the cutest thing ever. I yawned and stretched my arms up sleepily in our convertible, letting the air touch them.

Brian turned to me, "Aw, why you sleepy hunny? Is it cuz I kept you up all night?" He smiled again, "We won't be at my parents house for long, and then maybe we could sleep. Hey, I love you."  He leaned over to kiss me.

"Brian!" I screamed and pointed to the tree that was getting too close too fast. He tried to turn the car, but we swerved closer still. He threw himself over me to protect me and I put my hands over my eyes and screamed.
