She Did What?...

Chapter 9: The Sick And Difficult Raven

Raven woke up and groaned she wasn't really a morning person she got up and walked to the mirror she looked at her reflection she was still pale because she was tired she stumbled around her vision was still blurred she left her room after getting dressed she stumbled down the hall then her vision became a little clearer and not long after she bumped into something

"S-sorry" she stuttered

"Raven, shouldn't you be in bed?"

Raven couldn't tell whose voice it was

she leaned on the person so she didn't fall

he was tall so it wasn't her brother from what had happened she still couldn't tell who it was until the person's arms wrapped around her to steady her she saw black

"Sebastian?" she whispered

Sebastian looked down at the tired Raven every time he told her to go back to bed she just kept insisting that she was fine by this time everyone knew Raven was stubborn when she wanted to be but that was mostly in the morning

"Raven come on I will take you back to your room," Sebastian said

trying to lead her back but Raven pushed him

"I'm fine" she insisted

Raven continued down the hall Sebastian knew Raven wasn't going to listen but he just kept eye on her he knew she was still recovering which for a fire demon could be a very fast recovering or a very slow recovering then there was a slam like someone hit their body against something Sebastian ran around the corner but when he turned the corner her saw Ciel and Raven

"is everything alright young master?" Sebastian asked

"yeah Raven just stumbled and crashed into the wall near my study" Ciel said calmly

so Sebastian went on with his work since now Raven was with her brother

"Raven what are you doing?" he asked

"I'm fine" Raven mumbled

"no your not you are still recovering from yesterday"

"why does everyone keep saying that," Raven said raising her voice

"because it's true your not fine Raven" Ciel replied

"no I'm fine," she said again

Ciel knew she wasn't gonna listen so he started talking in an angry voice he knew when Raven was like this he had to start talking in an angry tone even though he hated it and Raven usually got mad at him but he shortly realized it was for her own good so she was never mad for long

"Raven you were nearly at death's door you could have died yesterday and if you don't listen you might get worse and no one wants that so please just go back to your room and rest please" Ciel begged

"no!" she yelled

"Raven you are the only person I have left and if you die or you make your self worse I'm not gonna live with my self so please go back to your room if you want I will even stay with you okay?" Ciel said

Raven nodded

so Ciel grabbed her hand and lead her back to her room she went back to bed and minutes later she was asleep Ciel sighed he was used to be Raven being difficult but that

wasn't her fault and now with Raven sick and recovering from her near-death experience she was even more difficult but Ciel understood that she was sick she probably

didn't know what was going on it's Raven she usually got like that when she was sick Ciel left the room and went back to his study he sat in his chair with his head in his

hands and sighed

"young master?" Sebastian asked

"yes?" Ciel asked

"are you alright?"

"I'm fine I guess" Ciel replied

"you guess young master is something bothering you?" Sebastian

asked while he placed the tea in front of his master

"it's Raven" Ciel whispered

"what is she doing?" Sebastian asked worriedly

"I guess it's that after she left for so long I got used to not having her around and I got used to not dealing with her actions like I used to but now that she's back

I am back to way the way I was now I have to get back to learning have to deal with it she's my little sister and I love her very much but it doesn't help with she's sick and being stubborn I know she will listen to me without question but if I am not around she might listen to you,  but do what length she will actually listen to you I don't know I can't tell I you can even get her to listen to you I guess I don't know how to handle it anymore cause I'm so used to it being just me but I don't want to lose Raven either" Ciel explained

"i see maybe when Raven gets better explain it to her so she gets what your saying and i know she is fond of me as i am fond of her so she should be able to listen

to me" Sebastian said

"your right" Ciel sighed

this made Sebastian smile Ciel for once admitted that Sebastian was right

Ciel quietly sat in the study drinking his tea and doing work hours later

Raven woke up and Sebastian had entered

"i see your awake" Sebastian smiled

"yeah what time is it?" she groaned

"it's time for dinner"

Raven got up and rubbed her eyes so Sebastian walked over and touched her face she seemed to have more colour

"you seem better" Sebastian smiled

"yeah i felt like i slept for an eternity" she laughed

"Alright get ready and i will tell the young master that your much better and that you had a fast recovering alright?"

"okay thank you Sebastian" she smiled

and with that, he left and told Ciel he was happy that his sister was better and was going to join him for dinner but Ciel was also worried cause he had to explain to his

sister how difficult she can be and to see if she could just be a little easier considering Ciel is so used to it be only him but worried him was that he was going to hurt

her which he didn't want minutes later Raven ran into the room smiling and laughing she sat down and ate dinner with Ciel while Sebastian cleaned him as Ciel explained everything to Raven

"so while i was being sick i was being difficult?" Raven asked puzzled

Ciel nodded

Then he was surprised to see Raven giggle

"why didn't you say so if you don't tell me I don't know silly" she laughed

Ciel laughed and hugged her now Raven finally understood how hard it was for Ciel to always look after her Ciel did it cause he loved her but it was hard and now that Ciel finally explained it to her she now knew what to do and how to make Ciel happy she smiled and then returned to her room she was still and bit tired but just as she was about to go to sleep Ciel sneaked it

"Raven?" he whispered

"hm yeah?" she groaned

"stay in my room please," he asked

Raven smiled and went to Ciel's room as soon as they laid in bed Ciel imminently held Raven close like a child holding their favourite toy close like if they let go they will lose it forever and Ciel felt like if he didn't hold Raven close he would lose her forever then shortly they both fell asleep both smiling in each other's presence
