She Did What?...

Chapter 13: This Can't Be Real

Axel's expression was dead and serious knowing Raven would believe Ciel although the purple-haired boy knew Ciel was telling the truth but he never wanted them to know
and he never expected Ciel to figure him out

"isn't it?!" Raven screamed

this made Axel look up and sigh it had to come clean

"yes it's true okay i was there i saved you, Raven," he told her coldly

"You saved me? saved me? is that what you said, you set me free yes, but you let me go through hell, you let them hurt me, and then turned me into this thing,
why did you let it happen?"

tears had started to form at Raven's eyes she couldn't believe what she heard both boys saw her tears as Ciel went to hug her but this just made his sister lash out

"don't touch me okay just don't!" she yelled

as for Axel he couldn't stand to see her in tears and went off to his room until the twins calmed down but that didn't work Raven and her hound followed Raven barging
into his room

"no no you don't get to walk away from this tell me everything now!" she yelled at him

this made the hounds growl at each other ready to attack but neither demon paid much attention as they were to lost in their own argument

"hey you need to calm down," Axel said trying to be calm

"How can i be calm! that's why you kept asking if i remembered what happened that day... you asked to make sure i didn't remember you being there" she said trembling

but before Axel could reply both demon hounds lunged and attacked each other and having darkness and fire mixed together caused a massive bright light to fill the room and the energy from both hounds sent both Axel and Raven into the walls and the glass from the demon energy exploded Axel took a minute to recover and groaned in pain as he got up but  Raven didn't get up the ringing in her ears was too loud and the pain was shooting through her body as Ciel and Sebastian ran into the room hearing the glass shatter 

"What on earth happened?" Sebastian asked concerned and worried

"i-i don't know the hounds attacked each other and then we went flying into the walls" Axel explained
before he ran to Raven and helped her up

"Hey hey you okay darling?" he asked

"don't touch her!" Ciel growled at him

as Sebastian took Raven to her room so she could rest since she hit the wall too hard but none of them knew this incident would trigger and the awful event soon to come.

The night came very quickly and it was almost time for Ciel to retire but before he did he wanted to check on his sister to see if she was okay so Ciel knocked on her
door only to receive silence as an answer, he knocked again but only got silence again so Ciel decided to enter the room he looked around the room to see no trace of
his baby sister this made him panic instantly Ciel knew something was unbelievable wrong so he checked every room of the manor still no sign of her now Ciel was getting extremely worried and barged into Axel's room surprise surprise he was also gone
"Axel get out here right now!" Ciel yelled
into the air but there was no reply
'what could have happened to them?' he thought to himself

as he ran circles around the manor trying to find them but when he couldn't, he set off to the streets of
England it was cold and he would most likely catch a cold later on but for now, Ciel didn't care he just wanted to find Axel and Raven the hunt went on for hours which
turned up no results
"master lets stop for the night we can continue looking for them tomorrow," Sebastian told him gently
not wanting to upset his master any more than he already was

"no Sebastian we aren't leaving until we find them" Ciel spoke
glaring at his butler if looks could kill Sebastian probably wouldn't be standing

"Master we've been out here for hours you need to rest and then tomorrow morning we can continue the search for them both" Sebastian pursued

he understood how much his sister meant to Ciel but no matter how long they looked no results were turning up so there wasn't much they could do at the moment so finally, Ciel decided to call it a night and went home but instead of going to his room he stayed in Raven's room he was already missing her presence too much so after hours
upon hours he finally fell asleep,

The next morning came along the sun shining through the curtains as he groaned annoyed as he got up he got ready to greet the day and instantly went back to searching
for Raven and Axel this search went on for days upon days and Ciel still had no results Ciel had entirely given up on the search now leaving the search up to Scottland
yard his mind run through every damn possibility on what could have happened he had wasted so many days looking for Raven as he sat with his head in his hands
'its okay Ciel don't worry I'm sure she will walk in the door any second now' he thought to himself Ciel spent hours like this that was until his butler ran into the study almost breaking the door down in the process

"Sebastian what is it?" he asked coldly
not looking up at Sebastian

"Master Scottland yard wants to see you, we gotta head into town," he told him

"alright they better have some results for me," Ciel said wearing a deadly expression

as they headed into town when they got there, the town was swarmed with police officers so Ciel stepped out of the carriage and headed to Arthur Randall and Abberline to see what they wanted

"This better be good Randall" Ciel stated

Abberline sighed

"Ciel you have my condolences," he told him bowing his head slightly

Ciel was confused as he looked at the other offices it looks like it was a crime scene then it clicked on what Abberline was saying as he ran past the officers

"Phantomhive you shouldn't see this!" he called

but the boy didn't listen he managed to get to the crime scene and his eyes widened in horror there against the alleyway wall was Raven she was dead and Ciel noticed
her eyes were red and he sword was missing Raven was covered in blood and on the other wall was a symbol drawn in blood it looked like some Satanists according to the
police but Ciel didn't care he fell to his knees covering his mouth he was gonna be sick as Sebastian grabbed his master pulling him away from the sight

"who did this to her?" Ciel growled trying his best to hide his emotions

"w-we don't know yet" Randall sighed

"then figure it out god damn it!" Ciel exploded

"I'm sorry," Abberline said with a sad tone

but Ciel didn't wanna hear it instead he just got into the carriage and went home the moment he got into the house he went to his room and showed a more vulnerable side
and started to cry he lost the only family he had left he had a feeling Axel had something to do with her death, that day Ciel withdrew from everyone and cried himself to sleep unable to handle the loss of his twin sister.
