Getting out

(Lizzie's POV)

My eyes twitched open and I stared up at a marble ceiling. I looked to my left and saw a lamp, a desk with medical supplies on it, a brown chair and another lamp. I looked to my right, a sleeping Hayes. His mouth was slightly opened and he was quietly snoring. I got up out of the hospital bed and used my crutches to get to the bathroom.

I did my business and limped out. Hayes was standing by the door on his phone. "Hi" I yawned. "Hey" Hayes whispered. He kissed me and we stood there for about 45 seconds. "I gotta peeeee" Hayes says while walking into the bathroom. I stumbled to my phone and picked it up. I got a text.

Matt: Hey, how you feelin babe? 

Lizzie: Don't call me that.

Matt: why? I like you, I know you like me so, why not?

Lizzie: I don't like you. Stay away from me for now on

Matt: baby, I will get you to be mine. I will ruin your life until you date me ;)

I turned off my phone. The toilet flushed and the door of the bathroom opened. I was so annoyed.

(Hayes' POV)

Lizzie looked annoyed. "What's wrong baby?" I asked. "Oh nothing, just, my leg is hurting me." she smiled. Oh. "well. Imma go get some breakfast, whatcha want?" I leaned on the wall. "Just a cup of fruit please." she rested her head on a pillow. "K." I ended the conversation and walked towards the door. I opened it and took the stairs down to the lunch room. I stepped into line. When it was my turn to order, I said, "May I have a fruit cup and a chicken salad? No tomatoes." I took out my wallet. "Yes sir. That will be $8.50 please. I payed and walked away.

I got back to the room and set lizzie's fruit on the table next to her empty hospital bed. "Babe?" I called. "Brushing my teeth!" she answered from the bathroom. Her phone beeped and I checked the lock screen. A text from Matt. I opened her phone and looked the text It read,

Matt: I love you. You love me too, don't you.

What the hell. I walked into the bathroom with her phone in my hand. "explain this." I pointed to the text. "What's goin on between you and Matt? Anything I should know?!!" I slammed my hand against the marble counter. "Hayes, I'm not going behind your back! He started it-" "No! Why would you still have him I'm your contact list??" I put her phone down, grabbed my phone and left. On my way out, I passed her mom. "She's still in her room" I said angrily. I walked out and called a cab.

Soon the cab came and he drove me to the apartment Nash, Cam and I rented. I payed and slammed the door shut.

"where's Matt! Is he still in Cali?" I angrily screamed while pounding on the wall with my fist.

"Dude chill! Whats fucking wrong??" Nash pushed me away from the wall.

"Matt, well he is ruining my life! First, he goes and kisses my girlfriend. Then my girlfriend starts texting him and he says 'I love you!'" I yell. "Man, just relax. We'll help you. But I don't know how..." Cam interrupted.

(Matts POV)

The text saying ' I love you' , was literally the best way to get Hayes and Lizzie to fight and break up. I knew Hayes would see the text, so that's why I sent it at that time. (STALKER)

(Lizzie's POV)

I hate that little blond haired boy. He is already ruining my love life. My mom came to pick me up and I was heading home. Also, I can't believe Hayes was looking through my phone. I'm mad at the two of them. I picked up my phone and texted Shawn.

L: Hey um, can I come over to the hotel your staying at?

He texted back quickly.

Shawn: Sure. It's on Kingsley street. Brantford hotel. Floor 2,room 196. What's up?

L: I'll tell you when I get there.

Shawn: kk

"Mom? Can you drop me off at the Brantford hotel? My friend is staying there."

"Sure thing honey."

I gave her the details. We quickly got there and I thanked her. I walked into the lobby. This is a pretty fancy hotel. It said it has a 5-star rating on the front desk.

"Hello sir. How are you?" I greeted the man at the desk as I walked by. He stared at me. "Oh- Uhh great. How are you?" his eyes sparkled green. He had black messy hair (like Alfie Deyes) and looked 15 or 16. Young. His dad must work here or something. "I'm okay." I shrugged.

I walked off and got to Shawn's room. I walked in without knocking and greeted a shirtless Shawn. "Hello muscle man" I winked. "I think so.." He flexed showing his muscle. I kissed him on the cheek and sat down on his bed.

"can I tell you something?" I asked him. He nodded his head.

"Well Hayes and I got into a huge fight. Matt started it all. " I started. I told Shawn about what Matt has done, why Hayes and I fought and began to cry. "Babe it's okay. I'll stay by your side this whole time." Shawn cuddled me into his bare chest. This guy is definently my best friend.

"Bye" I waved while walking out the door. "Byeeee" Shawn replied. I smiled and walked out the door. I walked through hallways and down stairs to get to the lobby. As I was getting a mint from the bowl at the front desk, a note slipped into the bowl. I grabbed that along with a Mint. I looked up at the boy at the front desk. He was smiling. He has such perfect, white teeth. I think I smiled back because I got lost in his eyes. I started to walk away and into the Cali air. I think I might have a crush.

I walked through town and read the boys note. It read,

Hey, I'm Josh. I saw you staring into my eyes. Like what you saw? Well here's my number. Call me? 673-2943. Feel free to visit the hotel anytime. I work 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm. I take a break from 1-2. Just saying ;)

I might actually call him. I mean Hayes and I broke up... I think. So it wouldn't count as cheating. I smiled and walked to the closest Café. I chose a nice place. It had blue walls with it's logo and palm trees on the walls. It had a few booths and a lot of tables. Many people sat at the tables but I feel like i recognized someone. Ehh.

Wahey guys! Hows ya doin? Im southern now. Ehh;). Well just a filler chapter. I have gotten sickular! Oh noooo! well, I stayed home from school an I got to update. I made this in like an hour. Ugh.
