Rage

As Levi dropped the book he promised for Eren, he ran straight to her.

Levi was a few feet away when he saw Erwin cock the gun.

"Erwin what the hell-"

"I should be asking the same thing, Levi!" Erwin yelled. "Why are you meeting with this... this dragon!!"

Levi's eyes immediately went to Eren's pleading ones and saw not only was Erwin hurting her but she was scared beyond belief for her life.

He took a deep breath, and his cold stare held a strong gaze.

"Please," he scoffed, surprising Erwin and Eren. "The only reason I was meeting with this dragon was that she's indebted to me. I saved her life and now," his stare was unwavering, "she belongs to me. She's my slave."

Those words rung hard in Eren's ears.

This is one of the reasons she lived in the forest anyway. The fear of belonging to anyone else terrified her.

When Eren was younger, the way she met Mikasa was because people were trying to sell her on the black market.

And for her protection of becoming a sex slave or servant to anyone, she lived far away from humans. Even if it did mean solitude from humanity besides Mikasa and Armin.

But now her nightmare had come true.

The hybrid thought Levi was different, and here he was, just selling her out. That wasn't the truth, he was lying! She wanted to cry out, but couldn't, Eren was too much in shock.

She felt Erwin lower the gun he held. A sigh of relief came from her lips and Eren was thrown roughly on the ground.

"I see..." Erwin replied. He put his gun in his holster and then smiled. "That's good to hear Levi. I thought you were being controlled by this dragon."

This comment made Eren mad and Levi cringe.

"But now I'm reassured that you have not lost your touch."

"Thank you, Erwin. Good to know."

Erwin then said, "Since she's yours and it's troublesome to keep coming to the forest, you will bring her to the castle."

The only response he got was, "Of course."

"I'll be waiting for you both," and he walked to a tree, waiting for the both of them.

The knight walked over to the hybrid and kneeled in front of her.

"Eren I-"

"No! Just don't say anything! Please. Now I have to explain to Mikasa and Armin why I'm leaving them. So please don't say anything to help me. I. Hate. You." Eren stated with not only contempt in her voice, but it was backed by a surplus of anger and hate, that Levi understood why she felt this way.

She stood up and walked into the bushes.

There Mikasa and Armin were sitting, looking as if they were making plans.

Eren started discreetly packing her things.

"Eren, what are you doing?"
