Evie's POV

Oh my, I feel so bad. For Mal and Tyanndiera. Mal was correct about Tyanndiera being angry all the time and Tyanndiera seemed like she did not care, but then again, I think we overreacted with Tyanna. She's had a rough day, it's normal for people to act like that in a moment like that. We walked out and went to Mal's dorm. She sat on her floor and did not say a word. The rest of us joined her, silent from the event that just happened. Someone knocked on the door. Jay got up and answered the door. It was Ben.

"Hey uh, guys. Hey Mal." he said, walking in.

"Uh, how is everyone?" he asked. None of us answered.

"Um, okay, great. Guys, is something wrong?" Ben asked. He must be talking to the air or something.

"Jeez Ben I don't know, is it THAT obvious?!" Mal scolded.

"Um okay really, what is wrong?" Ben asked a little agitated.

"It was Tyann okay! Tyann! She was being ungrateful and made us upset!" Carlos yelled. Carlos was very angry. I held Carlos' arm and walked out Mal's dorm with him. I walked up, down and across the hallways with him. I let go of his arm and held his hand.

"Carlos, are you okay?" I asked.

"Wow, is it that obvious!? Today people are just using their eyes!" He rudely responded.

"Look. If you don't want me to redecorate everything you own you better talk." He sighed in a sign of defeat.

"Okay, it just that I like Tyann and she wouldn't even give me a chance. She was acting like-" I would have let Carlos finished but I understood so he jumped to another sentence. "Anyway, if Mal doesn't like her then there are going to be issues and not only that, but what Tyanna said back there was very offensive and I thought I could trust her... but that seems not to be the case anymore. I mean she helped me and I want to help her but she brought back so many bad memories when she said all those things." I understood what Carlos was saying. I nodded in agreement. We stood silently in the hallway and it was getting pretty awkward so I decided to speak.

"Carlos. You are a smart, helpful, wonderful person and a best friend to me. We have known each other since, since the Isle! You get confused, but you are the only one who can figure out what you mean. If you like Diera, go for her. If you don't, fine. There is nothing wrong with your decisions, but people disagree with you. What you choose, only people will disagree or agree. I'm going to paraphrase what a good friend of mine once said, 'If she doesn't love the real you, then she's not the one." Carlos smiled.

"Thanks Evie." Carlos said and gave me a hug.

"Did I mention? That I'm in love with you," someone sang behind us. We turned around and saw that it was Ben.

"Ben, if you knew the situation we are in you would take that back." I defended.

"Okay, jeez. I was just coming to find you guys to tell you that the new arrivals are coming tomorrow. There has been a little speed up, their not coming next week anymore."

"Um okay, thanks." I said.

"Can I ask if everything is alright between the four of you guys and Tyann?" Ben asked.

"Well, not exactly, but I'm sure by tomorrow everything will be fine." I said.

"Okay, is there anything bothering you specifically Carlos? You haven't said anything since I got here."

"Oh, uh, like Evie said, by tomorrow everything should be better." Carlos finally spoke.

"Cool. Okay, goodnight you two!" Ben said, walking away.

"WAIT!" I yelled. He turned around.

"What time is it for you to say goodnight?" I asked.

"Oh it's 8:23 P.M." He answered.

"Oh really! Okay then good night Ben! See you tomorrow!" I said. Ben walked off as Carlos and I stood there not really doing anything.

" Let's get to our dorms." I said, and I walked him to his dorm. "Goodnight Carlos!" I said.

"Uh, okay, goodnight to you as well, E-Evie." He rambled. Something is wrong, but I hope it gets fixed in the morning. I walked to my dorm and laid on my bed, wondering if I something to help Carlos and everyone else. Within five minutes, I was fast asleep.
