Bryce's POV//1 week later

Me and Mikey and have been so happy with each other. There's no fighting, cheating, or lying. Mikey's my soul mate. I'm headed over to his house to have dinner with his family. I'm really excited. I soon arrive and head to door.

*knock knock knock

I wait patiently and then the door opens and I'm greeted by Angela

"Hey Angela. How are you?"

"Hi sweetie. I'm doing great. How about yourself?"

"I'm doing fantastic" she pulled me into a a strong hug. Then Mr.Barone came.

"Hello Mr.Barone"

"Bryce you can call me Mike"

"Oh. Well how are you doing Mike?" I said while extending my hand for him to shake it

"I'm doing alright" he took a hold of my hand and smiled

"I'll go get Mikey I heard Angela say" I watched her go up the stairs and down the hall

"So Bryce. You really love my son don't you?"

"With all my heart"

"Do y'all plan getting very serious after high school"

"I actually plan on marrying him. With your blessing of course"

"Of course. I can tell Mikey really loves you. I'd be happy to give my blessing to the both of you"

"Thank you" i was so overjoyed I pulled him into a hug. He hugged backed of course then I heard Mikey

"Bryce what's going on"

"Nothing. Just a talk with your father that's all"

"That's cute" I went up to him and planted a a short but sweet kiss on his lips

"So is everyone ready to eat?" Angel asked

"Yes" Me and Mikey said in unison

We headed for the diner room to be greeted with steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, and of course a red velvet cake for desert. Dinner was full of chat and laughter. Just like a happy family. Everyone soon finished. Mike and Angela were washing the dishes while me and Mikey headed up to his room

Mikey's POV

Me and Bryce headed up to my room. Things between us couldn't be better. I'm so happy. We get in the room and while I go see if my phone if done charging I see Bryce jump on my bed.

"Make yourself at home why don't you" I said with a little chuckle

"Awe thanks for the offer"

"Your funny"

"Yeah. That's why you love me" He said with a wink

I just blushed and got my phone. I headed to go and cuddle with Bryce. We laid there holding one another.

"I love you Bryce"

"I love you to Mikey"

"So what were you and my dad talking about?"

"Just a guy talk. You the boyfriend lecture"

"Ohhh Alright. I hope he didn't scare you"

"Never. It's like me and him are already family"

I just smiled at that comment. Bryce and my parents get along so well. I couldn't ask for a better day.

"So what do you wanna do the rest of the week?We have school Monday"
