Mikey's POV

"Edwin?"

"Woah. I came to see if I could catch you after the game but not literally"

He pulled up to a standing position where we were in contact. I gave a him a hug. I haven't seen him in almost a year.

"What are doing here?"

"My dad got another job offer here"

"Wow that's great. How've you been?"

"I've been great and yourself?"

"I'm doing really good"

We just continued talking when a "mhmmm". I turned around to see Bryce along with everyone just standing there.

"Oh sorry everyone. This is Edwin" everyone said there hellos and I decided to introduce Bryce to him

"Edwin this Bryce"

"I remember Bryce. How've you been?"

"I'm doing good" Bryce said sounding a little bit annoyed

"Me and Bryce and are actually dating Edwin"

"Oh really. You've got a great man right here Bryce" Edwin said with a toothy grin

"Yes he is" Bryce said with a feeling of confidence

"So we were all about to go out to eat. Would you like to tag along?

"I wouldn't wanna get in the way of y'alls group"

"Nonsense. You can come along"

"Well thank you"

We all started walking towards the car. I decided to ride with Edwin to give him some company and to catch up.

"Bryce I'm gonna ride with Edwin. And everyone can fit in your car now"

"Oh alright"

I walked to Edwin's car and it was really nice

"Nice car"

"Thanks. I just got a a month ago"

"That's right. It was your birthday"

"Yup. Best present so far"

"So how was texas?"

"Good But there was one thing missing"

"What was that?"

"You. Mikey there hasn't been a day gone by where I haven't thought of you"

"Edwin that's very flattering but I'm with Bryce now"

"Yeah I know. I guess I was just to late to get to you. But if things between the two of you don't go so well I'll always be here for you"

"I appreciate that but me and Bryce are doing great and will always"

I stared out the window. Letting The Weekend fill the silence that feel upon us.

Mikey went with Edwin and Idk he's got me feeling a weird way. But I trust Mikey.

"Bryce so what's up with Edwin and Mikey" Nick asked

"They use to date but broke up because he moved to Texas"

"How do you feel about him being back" Jackson asked

"Like I mean it's alright. I trust Mikey. I know he wouldn't do anything"
