Bad First Day of High School

Ash's Pov
It has been three days since I got fletchling and it was great. We've been working hard on training on his speed and his other abilities as well.

Right now I'm heading downstairs with my back pack on and pikachu on my shoulder. I was wearing my gray pants,my black tank top with my light blue kalos jacket ove it, my red and black sneakers on, and my finger gloves that matched my sneakers.

But last night, for some weird reason I couldn't get any sleep so I stayed up until 6 which was usually the time me and pikachu get up to do our routine. So when I went into the bathroom and looked in the mirror, I looked terrible. My eyes were blood red like I was crying, there were dark bags under my eyes, my face was very pale and my hair was a hot mess. I mange to fix my hair but I couldn't fix my face so I just went with it.

Suddenly I tripped on one of the stairs which caused me to fall all the way down. Luckly, pikachu jumped off my shoulder before I hit the solid cold ground hard.

"Ash! Are you alright!" pikachu said with worry

"Yeah... I'm fine" I groaned from the pain in my back but decided to ignore it and move on. I slowly got up from the floor and walked to the kitchen.

Mom left this mourning right after the mourning run between me and pikachu so we decided to eat breakfast before heading out to school.

"I still can't believe that Mom signed me up for school pikachu," I signed "I mean don't get me wrong, I love to learn but what about all the attention I will get. Its just to much"

Pikachu looked at me and gave me a confident smile "Ash, I know its gonna be hard but you won't have to worry because I will be right by your side. Plus, there is nothing the legendary and confident Ash Satoshi Ketchum can't do now can it?"

I chuckled at his cockiness but he was right, I just have to put up with this no matter how hard it is. "Thanks buddy, I can always count on you to cheer me up" I said and rubbed his head causing him to cooed.

I looked at the clock and it read 7:30 "Well come on pikachu, we have to be at school in less than an hour so lets move" he nodded and we went out the door and on the way to school.

On the way, I couldn't help but look around when my eyes caught Calem walking on the other side.

I tapped pikachu on the head and pointed to Calem walking. His eyes widened in anger and little bits of electricity sparked from his cheeks but I told him to keep his cool. I let out lucario and all three of us turned invisible and followed Calem.

He was playing on his phone when he got a phone call so I decided to investigate. I sneaked over his shoulder and listened to him talk.

"Hello?" he questioned

"Calem, this is your father" my eyes literally almost popped out my head. I knew who exactly he was talking to, pikachu and Lucario do to. It was Lysander.

"Hello dad, what is it"

"I want you to take some copies of the school records for some of my plans"

"Yes dad, I will have it to you when I get home"

"Good son, and make sure your not followed"

"Yes dad, I know what to do if someone get in the way"

"Good, have a good day and stay out of trouble" and with that, Lysander hung up.

Me,pikachu and lucario rushed back to the other side of the street and went back to normal. I looked at my two loyal pokemon and they looked at me.
