Asymmetrical (Death The Kid)

~chapter 4~

I awoke to the sounds of a certain wolf weapon growling. "Mei....what the....?" The wolf looked at me with warnings in her eyes. I looked up to see Kid with a sack and he looked like he was trying to get past Mei with it. My eyes were blank as I registered what his sack was for. Oh. Hell. No. 

"Kid. What the fuck are you doing?" I asked already knowing what he was trying to do. He hid the sack behind his back. "Nothing..."

I raised my eyebrow waiting for an explanation. Kid looked to the side not meeting my eyes. "You don't have to kidnap me you know." I smirked at his astonished face. "B-but you said-" 

"Trust me I know what I said kid. And I decided that I would try the DWMA a try."

Just as long as they don't see through me. 

His lips curled up into a smile and he glomped me. I lightly patted his back, asking him to get off of me. "I'm sorry. I'm just happy I didn't have to kidnap you." He said, "Now to get you into something symmetrical and presentable!" My eyes widened as he spoke and I tried to escape his symmetrical, happy gaze. 

"Kid, I'm sorry but I think I can do that myself." I stated. 

He hesitated but replied, "Fine but promise me that it will be symmetrical." 

"I refuse to make any promises." And with that. I got up and rushed to my room before he could stop me, locking my door and sighing. I walked over to my closet and, deciding to mix up my wardrobe a little, I took out a  shorter black skirt, with a red layer under the black on the top, I black oversized sweater that I made hang off my shoulder just to irritate Kid, a white fluffy wolf hat with ears and all, black thigh high stockings, and a very long red and black scarf that I also made asymmetrical, once again trying to irritate kid. Pretty big change if I do say so myself. I made my side bang cover my right eye and let my auburn hair flow free. 

Trudging down the stairs, I knew my fate. A HUGE lecture from Death the kid, but it was worth it if I got him mad.  Mei greeted me halfway up the stairs head butting my hip. I patted her head and continued my trek down the stairs with my wolf by my side. Wow that was way more dramatic than it should be. Nyeh, oh well. I heard a gasp when I had two stairs and I knew it wasn't from Liz or Patty. Sighing, I shot him a look that said, 'You got a problem?' He seemed to understand my silent message because he answered with a, " Yes! Yes I do! You are not symmetrical!" 

"Hey, I never promised anything." Came my simple answer and I walked into my small kitchen to feed Mei. She came padding into the kitchen as KId spazzed out in the living room, and Liz and Patty slowly returning to conscious. She happily nommed on her food. I smiled and opened the fridge to pull out some steak. I'm a vegitarian but Mei loves the stuff. I heated it up and set it out to cool. "Hey Kid! What do yo-" 

He cut me off by grabbing my wrist and yelling, " No time!" 

A confused look broke out onto my face as he dragged me. I heard Mei growl in the background but more nomming followed and I assumed she found the steak. She came running up to Kid and I. I smiled at her and saw Kid staring at me out of the corners of his eye. "Liz! Patty! Time to go!" He said. The girls were unnaturally ready quite fast and was rushing out the door. 

I yanked my wrist out of his hand and got on Mei. Apparently I'm really light to her or some shit like that. She sped up and raced off to the academy ahead of the others. The wind blew my hair and scarf back as we beet the others by a landslide. But it wasn't like it was a race or anything, heh heh... oh well. I plopped down on one of the many stairs leading up to the door. Well the very first stair so my could rest her head in my lap but that doesn't matter right now. I mean, stairs are important and stuff but they don't matter when a kid is in front of you shouting your name trying to get your attention right? Right. Wait, what? 

I zoned back in not even knowing I was zoning out in the first place. A short kid, who was unfortunately still a little taller than me,  with blue spiky hair, and ninja like clothes. There was a nice looking, quite tall girl with a long pony tail, wearing a tan dress with a star heart on the chest that matched the guys tattoo. " Hey! Are you new?!" The guy yelled. 

Damn hes loud. I can already tell we are going to get along just perfectly. Note the sarcasm. 

He looked at me waiting impatiently waiting far an answer. "Yeah. why?"

"I wanna fight you!" He yelled.....again.... The tall girl tried to stop him but failed. Welp! This kids more annoying than Kid! An that's saying something. And I just met him. 

I stood up, mentally apologized to Mei. "You sure?" 

And that's how the world was made! No I'm kidding....... maybe...

Aaanyways, I hope I did okay with this chapter. Last chapter was incredibly short. Heh. Gomenasai.
