Experiment: #09 = Electricity Link
Description of Experiment: The subject has been modified and injected with chemicals so he's now linked to electricity, side effects of this is that he must be strapped down and electrocuted every night and morning so he's all "charged" up. If electricity ceases to exist in his system, his whole system will shut down if not fast to charge him up and will possibly cause death or a deep coma.
History: Mondo is probably one of the hardest to obtain, along with Sakura Oogami and Leon Kuwata, he had to be knocked unconscious for us to bring him to the lab and he was quickly strapped down in his cell. He's also one of the trickier students that will keep on having incredibly huge fits of angers but after the operations, he's calm down just a bit and will instead become incredibly emotional, project #08, Chihiro Fujisaki, who is placed beside him is usually helping him out regain stability in his mental state. Mondo has yet to meet Project #03, Ishimaru Kiyotaka, but will often ask about his situation, seeming incredibly attached to him and project #08, "this information could serve most useful...."
