Description of Experiment: Subject has been made into an aquatic hybrid like subjects #6 and #16, Aoi Asahina and Kazuichi Souda. Legs were amputated and replaced with 8 octopus tentacles, which have been connected to nerves so the subject can swim. Gills have been added to the neck and hips and internal organs modified so that she can live underwater, and also function more like an octopus. Chemicals added to enhance abilities and finish the experiment, resulting in the deformation of the chest. Mouth and ears have also been modified. The subject has a wide range of new abilities and can change the color and texture of her skin, and contort through small spaces like an octopus can.

History: Subject was captured after she had been separated from subject #37, Himiko Yumeno, (and the rest of the group) she wandered around the lab, awkwardly searching for her group. We sent Mukuro in, the pair fought until Junko finally took action, using a tranquilizer dart. After the experimentation process, the subject was placed in her water tank. She, of course, struggled and screamed, banging against the glass walls of her cell. When not aggressively yelling at any of the lab staff that passes by, she curls herself up in corners of the tank.

K.Y Notes: I suppose with Tenko I was lucky, she seemed to warm up to me pretty quickly because of my gender if I was a male I'm certain I never would've even been able to speak to her. Tenko is energetic, loud, and very determined. By determined, I mean determined to break out and find Subject #37, Himiko Yumeno. From my discussions with Himiko, it appears the two share a close bond, I've yet to decide if it's a romantic one, or a platonic one. But Tenko's pent-up frustrations about not being able to see Himiko seem to be affecting her temper, as she's been acting somewhat hostile towards me lately. No special instructions from Miss Enoshima have been given regarding this experiment.
