But the little girl does not mind
Seems luck is by her hind
With conviction, she must find
Leaping stones, never blind17
With every step she makes
What happens to the lakes?
The water’s darkness breaks
The bramble man just shakes18
“Watch out!” the dusk man calls
As the girl both trips and falls
But instead, she never squalls
She embraces and she sprawls19
“Come join,” the girl requests
With no tone of implied jest
Pure water at her chest
Swimming against the west20
Though he is prince once nonexistent
Dark blood flowing so persistent
To the sun he is so distant
He feels unsure and hesitant21
Yet as the girl invites
He states his different rites
Point blank but out of sights
The wailing water bites22
Before the river is fully pure
Darkness rests assured
The white turned black, matured
Light has come immured23
Both ends of gray at clash
Horizons weakly brash
To the falls of foam they crash
Torrents, quickly, dash!
