A Hundred Words in Thousand Breaths

I utter a hundred words in thousand breaths,

Perhaps you think that I'm breathing really heavy, breathing more than I'm speaking.

Its just that when you're near me, I try to be bold and I try to speak up.

Speak up and let the cat out of the bag ( The bag which already has a hole in it)

Speak up and let you know how I truly feel about you,

But as I try to speak up, my voice fumbles and my words jumble,

And all I can do is take deep breaths to calm myself down,

I end up breathing so much that I forget what I was supposed to say.

You stand there, staring at me, confused and puzzled, much to my utter dismay.

I know I'm not the only one who feels something for you.

You have someone in your life right now and she isn't to blame.

So many girls, jealous of that "her" in your life.

So many girls waiting, Waiting for your attention, waiting for your gorgeous eyes to look at them, waiting for a chance to be with you.

Its not your fault that you just don't know what my feelings are for you,

Guess I'm just one of those many girls, waiting in the queue.
