Getting to know each other

Y/n's POV

As I enter 'The Temple', I was greeted by a huge lady that has an afro and is wearing some cool shades.

"Uhm..... G-good morning...?"

"Mornin' Y/n, pearl is waiting for you"

wait a sec. I didn't even introduce myself, how come this woman knows me?!?!?!?! What in hades' realm is going on?!?!?!?!

As I was about to enter, I heard her say "good luck" then smirked.
Right now, I'm feeling nervous because of what that woman just did. But meh, I don't really care. I mean, I never cared about anything anyway........ I think.........

I entered the house and was greeted by the fragrance of tea. Yup! It's tea alright!

I spotted pearl in the sofa. And I noticed Steven's goofy smile hasn't worn off until now. Seriously? What's up with this kid? But meh, I still have my priority to handle first.

We where talking and laughing about random things.
I really enjoyed her company......
As she was talking something about peridot, I caught a glimpse outside. I noticed that the sky is getting dark.
Wow, I didn't notice that it was getting dark. Oh well guess it's time to leave.

"Oh pearl, your companionship is much enjoyable. I'd love to stay for a moment but unfortunately, it's getting late now. I shall take my leave." I said. But as I was about to open the door, I felt someone gripping my shoulder lightly.
I turn around and it's no other than the gorgeous pearl. Ugh! I should stop using fancy words. It's making me feel stupid.

"I see it's getting late for you to walk alone. It would be polite for me to accompany you to your home." Pearl offered.

"Oh! Nonononono, I'm good. I don't want you to worry about me."

'Curse this fancy words!!!'

"No. I insist. Your my guest and it will be an honour for me to accompany you."

"Oh. Uhm....... Ok, if you're ok with it. And please stay there for a while because I want to give a gift of gratitude for you." And we proceed to my cave.

We talk and laugh until we reached my place.

"Welp! Guess this will be my stop." I said as I entered my cave.

"You live on a cave?" She curiously stated

"Not just any cave." I said and smirked

I clapped my hands and tada! Lights went on and lighted my prestigious home. It's just like a mansion.

"Oh....wow. I thought you're a Nephilim?"

"Yes, yes I am" I said and plopped in my sofa.

"Then how did you have all this things?" She asked and sat next to me.

"I am a Nephilim but I'm a smartass. I invent things." I said and went to up to my room which is between the two stairs that are divided.

Little did I know that the pale gem followed me to my room.

I went to my closet and grab a black shirt with a (fave band) logo on it. I removed my f/c shirt and tossed it in my bed like a normal teenager. I turned around and I saw a pale gem that carries a heavy blush in her cheeks.

"Like what you see~?" I smirked at the pale gem that made her blush even more.

"I-I'll be d-downstairs." And she walked away

Then I remembered the gift that I was supposed to give. I looked for an important necklace in my hidden jewelry box. And continued to clean myself up. After cleaning myself up, I took the necklace with a beautiful pearl in the center and went downstairs

Pearl's POV (~you know your not the only one~)

Following y/n to her room would be the worst idea and I was right. I facepalmed myself plenty of times mentally.
But who knew that y/n has a perfect body type. I mean, have you seen her 6 pack abs that where sweating. Ugh! Pearl! What are you doing?!?!?!?! I shook my thoughts out of my head and sat at the sofa while waiting for y/n.

"Hey pearl! Glad you bare with me"

I turned my head to the direction of the stairs only to find y/n wearing a black shirt with a f/b logo on it and a pair of shorts. And her h/l h/c messy hair sitting still in her head. I had to admit, she look beautiful in that outfit. I bit my lip at that thought

"Here" she said while handing me a beautiful necklace with a precious pearl in the middle.

"Are you giving this......to me?" I ask. It's like for someone special.

"Well....... Yeah. You like it?"

"I like it? I love it!!! Thank you very much!" And without thinking, I jumped at her. I realized what I just did and apologize for my actions. All I received was a chuckle. I look at her.

"What?"

"Nothing. You should probably go home now. It's getting late." She said while glancing at the entrance of the cave.

I look at the direction she was looking.

"Oh."

We went at the entrance of the cave.

"I hope we can see each other again, m'lady." She held my hand and kissed it. I blushed heavily at her action

"Yeah, i hope to see you too" and we exchange our good byes and went to our own habitat.

When I reached the temple, I was greeted by Steven and amethyst wearing a goofy smile. And garnet....... being garnet.....
"What?"

"Nothin'" they said while the stupid smile was still sticking in their faces.

I just shrug it off and went to my room. I hopped at the tallest fountain keeping the necklace in my chest.
I'm glad I found someone like you.

Ok..... That was long..... Expect nothing less for you will be surprised at my........ N-nevermind.
