It is now December and a whole two months have past. The fair rolled around and we brought Josh and Cameron to it and showed them what happened at this fair. A month later I turned sixteen which is probably the happiest moment of my life. Thanksgiving rolled around and we invited the Colley's over for dinner and we all ate together. In the past two months Josh has asked me on more dates, specifically one to the fair and another to the movies. Cameron and Emma began to date at the beginning of November which made me happy to see both of them happy, even though now I feel like a third wheel. You're A Good Man Charlie Brown has taken up most of my weekends and our tech week ends tonight since our show is later tonight. It's the second to last week of school and we have the Winter Talent show today. It's normally really good and this year Josh was going to be performing a song. He hasn't told me what he's singing but everything he sings is great, besides The Kite, at least compared to Mack. Also Mack is singing 'The Kite' I can't believe I'm saying this but Mack is by far a better singer than Josh. I was currently backstage with Josh helping him warm up.

"You nervous?" I asked him softly.

"Not really," He shrugged, "I'm nervous about how you're going to react."

"I'll probably react positive," I shrugged back.

"All I'm going to tell you is that I'm closing the show and Kyle is playing the guitar for me," He smiled.

"My brother? Helping you?" I laughed.

"Oh shut it. I'm doing it for a good cause," Kyle scoffed.

I laughed softly as Jodi, the school's music teacher showed me out of the back and into the auditorium. I found Emma sitting in the front row with Cameron, them both holding hands. I sat down next to Emma and Cameron chuckled softly to himself.

"What?" I asked him.

"I know something you don't know," Cameron smirked.

"Tell me," I whined.

"No," Cameron chuckled just as Josh walked out to the audience with the other performers.

Josh sat down next to me as he held the line up for the show. I glanced over the line up and Josh was two performances after Mack. At least he isn't right after Mack. The Winter Talent Show began and as I was watching the first performance, Josh slid his hand into mine. I glanced at Josh and then back at the performance. As the talent show progressed Josh intertwined our fingers, making me blush a light shade of pink. When Mack's name was called, Mack walked out stage and didn't grab the mic, ready to belt. During her performance

I leaned over to Emma and whispered, "Mack is a better Charlie Brown than Josh."

Emma turned towards me and nodded. I then turned my attention back to Mack. A few seconds later Josh pulled his hand away from mine. I glanced at him and studied his facial features. I then turned my attention back to Mack and felt guilt rush through my body. Crap, he heard me. As Mack walked off stage our whole friend group erupted into cheers. Mack hugged us and sat down, making Josh stand up, walking backstage. My leg began to tap rapidly as the next performer began. I couldn't stop thinking about hurting Josh like that. Sooner than later Josh and my brother walked on stage, Josh with a mic and Kyle with a guitar. Kyle sat down on one stood and Josh sat down on the other.

"Hello everyone! I'm Josh Colley and I will be singing a special song, dedicated to Blue Ortiz," Josh smiled as he motioned to me.

Kyle strummed the first cord and my eyes went wide as I turned towards Emma who was looking at me with the same look. We then turned back to Kyle and Josh. Kyle strummed the first cord again and Josh began to sing.

"She's the girl that no one ever knows.
And I say hi, but she's too shy to say hello.
She's just waiting for that one to take her hand
And shake her up.
I bet I could.
