A/N so I think I took a bit too much time for this one, but at least its the longest chapter I've done! My screen is lagging so much right now...
Ayano POV.
Osana didn't now if she should be scared or happy that she'd be leaving school but she followed me anyways."...where are we going?" She cautiously asked.
"To a shop where they sale make-up. We need to cover up your bruises so nobody will notice your face." I told her.
She made a scowling face and grumbled, "you know, we wouldn't be needing to go if you just hadn't lost your sanity...!" She murmured.
I acted as if I didn't hear her and I searched around the area for any teachers as we left outside the gates.
Ah, freedom. It feels great.
"I think there's a beauty store near here. They must be selling some makeup. We must make sure no police notices us." I told Osana.
She nodded her head and followed me to the streets. We looked both ways and sighed when we saw not many people.
We kept on walking till we found this big poster saying, "Teenage dream." What a cringy name for a store.
I heard Osana gasp and I looked at her. Her eyes were brimming light and she holded her hands together in awe.
"Are you...a fan of this store?" I ask her in disgust.
She notices me and quickly shakes her head and puffs out her cheeks. "W-what? Of course not! Its not like I read their magazines or anything!"
How obvious can she be? Anyone could tell she's lying. But why should I care?
"You stay out here, I'll go inside." I tell her. But before I could get near the store, Osana suddenly grabbed my arm and I turned around to face her in confusion.
"W-why can I go?! I-i mean, you would probably get lost in there without me!" She said.
I sigh and pinch her face. She squeaks and pushes me away as she covers her bruise. "Why'd you do that??!" She asked.
"Just look at yourself." I told her, "you're full of bruises and blood is visible in your nose, would you really want to enter a shop like that?"
She looks at herself in embarrassment and crosses her arms. "Alright! I'll stay here. But be quick!"
I nodded reluctantly and entered the store. Wow, Osana was right. I probably could get lost inside here.
The place was HUGE!! and the walls were all painted pink, which made me feel a bit dizzy. The floor had a carpet colored orange with red hearts in it. The whole look of this place could be described as...girly...
I walked around the store, frequently getting lost and having to ask where the heck I was to clerks, but in about 6 minutes I found the make up section and. And as soon as I entered that part, girls were staring at me. As if I was an outsider. Guess they've never actually seen a human being.
I tried looking around but most of the woman covered my path. Its as if they didn't even want me to buy anything. I tried reaching for one of the makeup boxes, but a girl grabbed it out of my hands.
