Wednesday, day 31

Osana POV
I walked through town with Ayano by my side. The doctors confirmed she had a few bruises but said that they weren't that bad so we could take her home.

I asked Osano and Taro to let me take Ayano to some places today instead of going to school to cheer her up. Osano was okay with it and Taro didn't say anything.

And I felt like I needed to improve Ayano's condition a bit. She did save my father after all.

"Where do you wanna go?", I asked looking at her.

"I don't know.", she replied.

"Then let's go to the amusement park.", I said grabbing her hand which surprised her and me as well.

She nodded and I walked her to one of the amusement parks me and Osano always went to whenever I was feeling sad as a little kid.

" I haven't seen this place in a while.", I said to myself walking up to a row of people and going to the back of the line with Ayano behind me.

There are fewer people nowadays.. I guess this park isn't getting as much attention as it used to.

While we waited, I looked up at the sky and contemplated a little.

It's really hard for me to believe how it's already been about a month and so many things have happened between me and Ayano.

I chuckled a bit, thinking, 'my past self would've thought I'd gone crazy if I told her I was hanging out with a murderer.'

"What's so funny?", Ayano asked.

"Nothing, just thinking.", I replied.

"How creepy.", she said.

I ignored her comment and continued waiting.

It wasn't long before we were at the front of the line and got our tickets.

" let's go." I said and walked into the amusement park followed by Ayano.

"Were should we go first?", I asked Ayano.

She pondered for a bit before she came up with something. "Let's go on a rollercoaster."

"A...rollercoaster?", I asked terrified.

" what?", Ayano smirked, "are you scared?"

I felt my heart skip a beat as I saw that old cheeky grin in Ayano's face. I hadn't realized how much I had missed it.

"I-im not scared! Let's go to one!", I said while blushing and trying to face away from her.

" what about that one?." Ayano asked. She pointed at this one really tall roller coaster that seemed to go really fast. I swear that thing was just calling out death to me.

I shivered just thinking about it but agreed anyways to show how fearless I was.

"But if I die its your fault!", I protested and walked over to the roller coaster.

We paid for tickets for the ride and got on.

One of the employees came around making sure we were safely buckled and I made them double check.

Ayano chuckled at me and I glared at her.

" why are you so annoy--", before I could finish my sentence one of the staff started the ride and we were moving.

The roller coaster was going frustratingly slow up but it still managed to scare me.

I looked around at Ayano and she seemed to be enjoying this way more than she was supposed to.
