"I swear to god Juggie, if you try to drag me back to your damn trailer I'm going to put a target on your back!" Y/N yelled as the footsteps behind her became louder and louder. Jughead said nothing though, and she didn't want to stop and turn around, that would mean she's giving up, and thats the last thing she wanted to do.
Y/N turned the corner, making her way through a neighborhood that was right next to Jugheads trailer park and made her way down the sidewalk. The loud footsteps were still following her, but she wasn't scared, it was just Jughead following her to make sure she didn't get kidnapped, or hurt. "I don't need a shadow, nor do I need a body guard!" she yelled over her shoulder, still not giving the raven haired boy the satisfaction of her turning around.
After a few more minutes of her walking and being followed, she sighed, her annoyance with the boy had finally caught up with her and she was about to scream. She stopped in her tracks and turned around, expecting to see Jughead staring at her with an annoyed or angry expression, but instead she saw nobody.
"This isn't funny jackass, where'd you go?" she said, looking around the street, but nobody was outside but a mother and her two kids in front of their house playing. "I'm being serious Jughead, I'm gonna open a huge can of kick ass here in a second if you don't come out from hiding! I heard you following me, do you think im deaf or do you think im stupid?" she yelled at what seemed to be nothing, and the mother stared at her concerned, grabbing her kids and pulling them inside. Y/N rolled her eyes at the mother, now that lady was getting on her nerves too.
"I'm not crazy lady! My boyfriend is just being a prick!" she called after the lady, but she still slammed the door to her house, locking her and her kids inside. "Whatever, you're the crazy one for being worried about me. I'm a teenage girl, what the hell would i want with you and your kids?" she grumpily mumbled under her breath, fed up with the whole situation. She started to walk down the road again, but this time he didn't hear any footsteps behind her. "Yeah thats right, you better give up. I'm an independent woman and I don't need no body guard." she whispered to herself, feeling a lot more confident now that she knew she had won the fight.
Out of cockiness she stood up straighter, walking down the sidewalk like she owned the whole damn town. I mean, she practically did, right? She faced Jasons killer, she went through some tough shit, her house was burnt down, she's got some scars on her back from the fight, I mean hell, she was scheming to take the whole damn town by the balls and find Jasons killer. She wasn't going to let no asshole with a gun take her life, it was hers, and he should be the one who was scared, not her.
Y/N got to a cross walk and looked at both sides of the road, no cars were present except for a red chevy that was parked along the side. She took a few steps out to cross the street, and the red car roared to life, making a b-line straight for her. She barely jumped out of the way, and it kept speeding down the road away from her.
"A warning next time would be nice, assbutt!" she yelled, bending over on the sidewalk, trying to calm her breathing and her heart, as they were both now rapid out of fear. After a bit, she calmed down significantly and continued. She walked for a few more minutes, strutting around until the world went black, fabric was pulled over her eyes and she freaked.
She elbowed the assailant behind her, and she heard a familiar grunt, it was Jughead. She pulled the fabric from her eyes and noticed it was just his beanie, and she looked over to see him doubled over.
"What the fuck do you think you're doing!" she yelled, and he tried his best to gasp for air.
"Wh-what are you doing... walking around with no... no disguise!" he retorted, trying to stand up straight.
