Finally, I'm so glad to hear that.
I'm going to need you to do me another favor before you sneak the necklace over though. Inside my school locker is my laptop, thank god I forgot it in there the day before I got stuck in that school or else it would have just been sitting in my apartment and would be gone right now. I need you to get it, and then tomorrow when Jughead asks you to bring food over, I need you to put the laptop and the necklace under the stairs of Jugheads trailer. I'll grab it when he goes to sleep tomorrow night, sound like a plan?Y/N sighed to herself, her head and back hurting. The scars on her back had started to flare up in pain again lately, and she didn't know why. She had been putting scar cream on it every night, hoping to get rid of the giant JK. It wasn't something she exactly wanted to explain to her kids when she got older, if she made it out of this whole mess alive that is. She leaned her head against the closet door, waiting for Archie to respond. Silence surrounded her, and she welcomed it, it provided her with the much needed relaxation that even sleep couldn't offer her.
Anything could happen to her in her sleep, someone could break in and end her life before she even got the chance to bring Jasons killer to justice, before she got the chance to do a great thing for the town she loved. Riverdale, although it wasn't her hometown, was her home, and helping it rid itself of the evil that had it under its grasp would make her feel like losing all she built here would be worth it.
The silence though, was where she really could relax. She was awake and alert, she could hop into action if something were to happen, but for the time being where everything was calm, she could ease the tension of the day away. The tension of Jughead nervously pacing the house, throwing himself in harms way for her even though she never asked for it. The tension of never being able to leave the trailer, causing her unbearable restlessness. The tension of feeling like a sitting duck, at least in the dark and the silence she could plan out her revenge, filling her with the sense of power she lacked in the light and commotion of the day.
