Surprise!

When 5 o clock hit, I was ready to go home, but when I stepped out of the building of Finance and Fiscal affairs, I heard "SURPRISE!!" from no one other then my sister. She got me she really did and when I smiled, glad to see her I gave her a hug when she got close. "So where you staying at so we can actually catch up. " she states. 

"I live on Berkeley street not far from Buckingham palace. " I say not really telling her I was an honorable guest with the Royals at Kensington palace. 

"you know what I got a better idea, about a walk through a park, ummm let's say near Kensington palace?" she said linking her arm with mine and hailing a taxi. I reluctantly allowed her too considering she was eager to know all about what I've been up to. When we reached the park she immediately found a bench to sit on after sometime of walking. "so tell me have you found anyone since you moved to London?" she asked 

"No, work keeps me pretty busy." I say putting my purse in my lap as she looked at me. 

"Please tell me you have friends here." she implied anxiously 

"Oh yes I have three. Lucy, Dillon and Harry" I answer I kept the whole Prince out of the conversation. We had a pretty good conversation, she told me how Tom had surprised her with keys to his place in L.A and here in London and that he had wanted to go back to London for awhile. Which she had stated hadn't bugged her in the latest. 

"Say Buckingham palace is opening for a tour for the public, wanna go?" Tess pointed out showing that she had tickets. 

"umm that says Kensington Palace, not Buckingham." I pointed out I knew the family lived in the back section of the palace only used the royal section for grand parties and such, Harry had told me as much. 

"oh well let's go" she said standing up and grabbing my hand and tugging me towards Kensington palace for the tour. "We're gonna have so much fun!" she exclaimed 

"I bet Tess with you charging the way. I thought it was Tom that made you this excited." I joked she looked at with a goofy grin. 

"Well I was thinking if we're lucky, we might catch a glimpse of Prince Harry and I hear he's single." she said and I knew immediately what she was doing. She thought that if laid eyes on me, he might consider coming up to them, just to talk to me. I didn't have the heart to tell Tess that I had already knew Harry and that something was going on between us. Not only that, but it was getting harder and harder to keep my distance from said Prince. 

We get to the gate and Tess showed me the tickets once more. "Actually this Tickets are Raffle tickets, it's never before done thing from the queen. Means we get to eat Dinner with the royals themselves." 

"So you dragged me around for nothing?" I state.

"no nothing you see underneath my trench, I've already got the perfect outfit for dinner with them. We just have to shop for you." she said 

"Tess come on, This is nice enough I'm in my work clothes." I say and Tess sighed she knew I was right so she showed the tickets to the guard and let them in. Tess not noticing that the guard had given me a curt nod of acknowledgement. We walked right up to the doors, my feet were now killing me from having Tess drag me everywhere. 

"Okay, I'm super nervous." she said turning around I laughed. 

"Shut up you'll be fine." I say heading for the door and when the door opened by the footman I urged Tess inside and she followed silently. The footman then guided us to the drawing room, he announce Tess as the Ruffle winner and me as the guest and I bowed to them pulling Tess to do the same. "Thank you for inviting us, your highness." I say straightening my posture.
