Sara had just recently moved to London from America, A dream she had always wished to achieve. After getting her apartment she had quickly found a place looking for new hires for a job and putting a application for it, leaves to go to the interview...
The service started and as the pastor said a few words I heard light giggling behind me and I chose to ignore it knowing it was Jessica. I felt Sarabelle hand grab mine and I took it immediately. "thank you sis" I whispered to you as Grandma Elena had done her speech of the man that meant everything to her. After the service before we could leave to have our little family dinner after, we stood in a line shaking hands of the people that had came that wasn't intermediate family.
I stood by Sarabelle and I noticed she was getting tired and only wanted to sit down, but not once did I see her complain. Harry stood to her right one hand behind him as he shooked the hands of the people that came up to him. I knew he was used to it, I watched Sarabelle shake the the hand of man next and with a polite smile on her face, as he said his condolences. After the last few people said their condolences we left the church to the reception.
"I Just want to say thank you for being strong individuals you three, I know it was hard." Grandma Elena said as we walked into Joshua's home.
"Gran it's fine, this is all a process, and we know it's the hardest for you." Sarabelle announced giving Grandma a hug. I followed suit not wanting to be left out and soon enough I felt Joshua's arms come around Sarabelle and I. After a while we released each other and waited for the caters to come with the food.
Once they were here Joshua and Marissa went to work on where they wanted the food placed and other family started to show up. I knew right off the bat Jessica was one of them, her walk stated 'look at me I'm important.' everyone knew better though. I heard Sarabelle phone go off in her purse and watched her dig it out and look down at the screen with a smile on her lips. She had quickly showed it to Harry and saw him chuckle and the two of them made a reply back.
"She'll be okay as long as he stays by her side." came my husband voice from behind me. I leaned into him when he wrapped his arms around me from behind.

"It's not that Tom, I miss him, have been for awhile. All I want is to hear him say: Well back in my day we didn't have.' quote, that had always cracked a smile on my face." I say turning so I could wrap my arms around him. He kissed my forehead and held me tighter.
"He always with you Darling, you might not hear his voice, but you'll know he's there." he said comforting me. I was in my own world with him, but was interrupted when I heard Jessica and Mom having a trifle at something. I looked in that direction and see Mom standing there with her hands on her hips in a disapproving face staring straight at Jessica.
I smirked as I pulled away from Tom and walked over there fixing me a glass of wine, just Sarabelle did. "It seems to me like Jessica got pegged down a little." Sarabelle whispered into my ear. That caused me to stifle a laugh as Jessica looked our way.
"What were two talking about?" she says.
"You best keep your attention on Mom, she's not finished with you" Sarabelle said making her another glass of wine and walking away. A smirk found it's to my lips as I made another glass as well and following Sarabelle to the back padio. I found out that Tom and Harry had walked out here and where tossing a football back and forth while they were conversing small talk with Joshua and Uncle Anthony.
"Sarabelle your dry sarcasm at Jessica is going to be the death of me" I say chuckling finally able to say it without a fist coming my way.
"Thanks, you honestly think Jessica would stop this air of importance of her for one day. Nope All bow down to Jessica" she states. I knew she was annoyed by Jessica behavior, hell I was as well.
"Just think of it this way, When you and Harry marry and she shows up in London to see you, she's going to have to curtsy first." I say laughing

That sent Sarabelle laughing "I'm not going to use my new title to do that " she implied "Also I'm looking for something little stronger then wine, do you think Joshua has something in the fridge?"
I raised a mischievous eyebrow and we both went back inside and into the kitchen looking for something stronger to drink. Once we found it we both poured us a shot and raised it. "To Grandpa" I said we finished off our shots and put the bottle back into the fridge and I waved my good byes to Sarabelle and off to find Tom, who was still outside.

He didn't say anything, but laugh lightly "You and Sarabelle are the worst " he says with a smile and I shrug as I leaned up to give him a light kiss to his cheek.
"You're stuck with me" I replied smiling myself and that only cause him to laugh again.
"At least you're staying civil Darling." he said and I scoffed playfully.
"There's no civility in war babe" I say which only brought his laughter out and I started laughing too. By 6 o' clock everyone had left besides Mom and Grandma and Sarabelle and her Harry. I'd also like to think Grandpa would be proud of who each of us had come out to be. Of course He be quizzing Harry until there was nothing left to quiz about.
"I must say you girls kept to your top behavior." Mom said happily I knew it almost wasn't considering Jessica knew how to get under everyone skin. I turned to Sarabelle and gave her a huge smile, she gave one in return, we both were keeping positive through this whole thing, because Grandpa always thought be happy was always better then being sad.
