When I got back to my dorm, I threw my purse onto my desk and fell into my bed, crying. Every time I visit, I come back crying. It's so hard for me. I wasn't wearing any makeup right now, so, I was lucky. I heard a knock on my door. I sniffed before walking to the door. I opened it and Funneh and the krew were on the other side. "Hey you guys," I said. I motioned for them to come in. The sat down and I sat down, leaning against my bed. "Something wrong?" Gold asked. I shook my head. "Then why did you're ears and tail just turned green?" Lunar asked. Dang it. They turn green when I tell a lie. "Fine, I'll tell you. But you have to promise not to tell anyone," I said. "We promise," they said. I took a deep breath before explaining. "You don't know the girl beneath the mask. My father was merfolk, king of his underwater kingdom. My mother was a Meif'wa and from land. I was torn between land and sea. Around a couple of months before my 3rd birthday, my brother was born. He wasn't a Meif'wa like me. But, he was cursed to be a werewolf. My father died when I was 5 and my brother was 2 due to a disease. I never knew what it was though. Then I had the entire kingdom pressuring me, a 5 year old, to be queen. My mom knew I wasn't ready, so I went to live with her and my uncle on my father's side took the throne and my brother went to live with him. Things started to look up, but came crashing back down when I was 7. The palace guards wanted to meet with my mom to discuss my future. I hid behind a bush and watched. When they couldn't come to a decision, they dragged her in, she never came back up. They drowned her. That was around the time I had to move to live with my aunt. And, that's it." Once I was done, I was about to cry. "I could've saved her, but I hid like a fool." I was now crying, and Funneh, Gold, Rainbow, and Lunar were trying to calm me down.
Eventually, they had to go. After they left, I was asked to go to the principal's office. When I got there, I was told that I was getting 2 roommates. Their names were Catrine and Katie. Then 2 Meif'wa came into the office. One had blonde hair, purple eyes, wearing a galaxy themed outfit, and was a Meif'wa. The other had lavender hair, bluish-gray eyes, and was a Meif'wa as well.
