Cassidy's P.O.V
It had just gotten dark and everyone had just fallen asleep. But, I was still awake because I couldn't sleep. I was looking at the stars. I was homesick. Sure, my aunt's house is where I live, but Mariana, is my true home. (Mariana is the kingdom that she left behind after she ran away with her mom) Where I'm from, what would be my future kingdom. I miss Mom, I miss Dad, I miss Collins (Collins is her younger brother, the one that she hasn't seen since he was 2 and she was 5). Did I make the right choice to never go back? I didn't realize someone else was there until something tapped my shoulder. I jumped a little, but I realized it was Draco. "Couldn't sleep huh?" He asked. I nodded. "You ok?" He asked. I nodded. "You sure?" He asked. I shook my head, feeling like I was gonna cry. He hugged me. "What's wrong?" He asked. "I miss them..." I said quietly. "I know you do, but, there isn't anything you can do about it," he said. "It's in the past."
Draco's P.O.V
I woke up and it was still dark. I saw Cas outside the tree house looking at the stars. I got up and walked over to her. She didn't notice me. She was distracted. I tapped her shoulder. She jumped a little, but realized it was me. "Couldn't sleep huh?" I asked. She nodded. "You ok?" I asked. She nodded. "You sure?" I asked. She shook her head. She looked like she might cry. I hugged her. "What's wrong?" I asked. "I miss them..." she said. I knew who she was talking about. "I know you do, but there isn't anything you can do about it," I said. "It's in the past." She nodded. I let her go and got up. "You coming in?" I asked. "In a bit," she said. I nodded and went inside to go back to sleep.
Cassidy's P.O.V
He let me go and he got up. "You coming in?" He asked. "In a bit," I said. He nodded and went inside. I looked at the stars again. "Mom? Dad? Keep an eye on Collins for me," I said. I got up and went inside. I laid down on my bed, and sang these words quietly.
