I picked up my mom's cell phone after the third ring.
"Hello, this is Rebecca LeFurgey, are you looking for Sarah? She's not home at the moment." I was the slightest bit grumpy today and I didn't really want to put up with another person looking for my mom.
"No no no no no, I'm speaking to exactly whom I wanted to!" A strange voice replied.
"Sorry, um, do I know you?" I'm creeped out, who is this?
"Honey, I'm your mother, and I want to take you back home. I just found out that your father passed away." This woman must be insane! I've never heard tell of this!
"Sorry what?"
" When your step mom gets home ask her about it honey,"
No, no no no no no, this can't be happening, I've been lied to my whole life? I'm not sure if I should believe this woman who claims to be my mother.
"Where do you live? Is it far from here?" I asked, I have so many friends here! Not to mention my sister, well, half sister.
"Australia, we live in Australia. Me and your brother, twin brother."
