I tried calling Rosie, expecting her voicemail. "What's up," she answered.

"Hi," I sniffed, "I though you would be with Max."

"Sweetie, no, we just stopped talking, he got a call from Cameron." Cameron must have called Max the second I ran away, talk about how weak and weird I am.

"Of course he did," more sniffling.

"What's wrong?"

"Don't worry," I pause. "Just Cameron."

"How did it go? Did you get his schedule?"

"Yes," I nodded and wiped a tear away. "We need to do this soon, the sooner the better!"

...

"I don't know about this, Max is pretty smart I think he'll know what I'm doing."

"He will be completely occupied looking at you," I smirk. "Just don't forget to ask him, I don't want you getting lost in his eyes either."

"I'll try," she broke away down the hallway and I continued walking straight, to my next class.

I had Biology, Business Studies then Technology. At all costs I avoided Cameron, I couldn't face him after the other day, and I couldn't even tell Rosie. This is the first time I've ever held anything from her and I hate it.

Straight to class, straight to our lunch spot and straight back to class. I wasn't scheduled to have English until Friday which is in two days' time, hopefully I would have all the information I needed before then.

The plan was simple, Rosie was going to obtain certain information from Max (Cameron's bestie) about the whereabouts of Cameron's house, one story, two story? Etc. With this, plus my knowledge that Wednesday is a no go, I had all I needed to perform the heist.

Rosie would be my alibi, snapchatting things making it seem like I'm at her house and not sneaking into Cameron's.

After school, I drove to my house and Rosie drove with Max to the shops, I didn't want Cameron to accidently overheard any of the conversation, especially when Rosie starts asking questions. Wednesday was the only day he wouldn't be there.

An hour and a half after they left school, Rosie texted me.

R- Got it, I typed it in my memos, he thinks I was checking Facebook or something. WE IN THE CLEAR

N- THANK YOU!! u still there?

R- He just dropped me home, he is the sweetest, and I feel kinda bad.

N- don't, Cameron deserves this, it's not my fault he's friends with him

R- I know.

I called Rose later when I was doing my Business homework, I needed to get my mind off things. I called her with no intention of speaking about either boys, just us. Girl talk.

We spoke for hours, some of which we didn't even speak, occupied on our laptops, scrolling through feed.

"I know we said no boy talk but I forgot to mention before," Rosie said which made my ears perk up.

"No boy talk," I explained.

"I know, I know but Max kept on asking about you at the shops."

"Wh..what do you mean." Of course I wanted to know, even if we weren't supposed to be talking about boys.

"When I finished asking the questions about Cameron, he asked me about you. I was writing down his answers in my phone I didn't really noticed what he asked until later."

"Hmm," I nodded for her to continue over the phone. "What did he asked."

"He asked if you still live on Parkside Avenue, and I said yes."

"Oh my god Rose!"

"I'm sorry, I didn't really notice, plus he already knew."

"Yeah but you confirmed it."

"Why are you freaking out, who is Max going to tell?"

"He could tell Cameron that's who."

"But why would he tell him?"

I pause trying to think. To tell me he's sorry, AS IF. "I have no idea why."

"Okay, while we are on the subject of boys."

"Ugh," I groan.

"Can you tell me what you are going to do?"

We spoke for another half an hour before my parents got home and I had to pretend to be asleep.

Just after 10, the light from my phone lit up my room. MESSAGE FROM Nightfire01.

Nightfire01- You up?

atalienay- Yeah. You okay?

Nightfire01- I'm fine, I was just wondering if you were free tomorrow night or Friday night

atalienay- Friday night sounds great, I don't need to get up for school the next day

Nightfire01- It's such a pain in the ass, how does the Private Lounge sound?

The Private Lounge was the new restaurant that opened up in the shopping complex, with candles lit everywhere and cute little booths it would be the perfect destination for a first date.

atalienay- sounds amazing. See you around school?

Nightfire01- See you then xx
