PARK YURI
"WHY ARE YOU SHAKING UP MY HEART?"
the letter read as you stood in front of me. the hallway we stood at were crowded as you clearly had made a scene. your bad boy gang stood behind you, loudly encouraging the onlookers to cheer for your overconfident self. my own diva friends stood behind me, cooing and telling me to accept your confession.
the same question rang in my head. what do i say?
the same friends kept nudging me, as eager to know my answer as the crowd surrounding us. i didn't even like you. but oddly enough, i said yes. it's probably peer pressure that pecked me. i wasn't the type to fall easily and my friends were aware of that.
it would come as a shock for me if you hadn't known that about me. so you should've known i said yes for the fun of it.
"IF YOU'RE EVER SICK, DON'T CALL 911 BUT CALL ME"
remember when it was our first month together? honestly, my friends didn't expect for us to last long.
you were walking towards me who was about to close her locker door during lunch when i sneezed. it was the start of autumn then.
you know what was surprising? you seemed to have worried so much about me that day. it almost fooled me. you took me home that day because you weren't convinced the school nurse would take care of me as properly as you would.
you stayed at my house that day to nurse me. do you remember?
