A Teasing Love

Awkward

Subaru's POV

Me and Yudetaco  didn't really talk to each other in the rest of the day. The scenes that we recorded today were scenes where we weren't together.

I don't know what to think.

Since that fall, it has been awkward between us. Every time we looked at each other, one of us quickly looked away.

I can't help but to think about what happened. Our faces were very close to each other and I couldn't stop looking into her sunset eyes. Her beautiful eyes.
If it wasn't by Asuna, I don't know what would have happened.

Since last Christmas, I feel that my feelings towards Yudetaco have changed. But I don't know how.

It's true that since the moment I met her, I knew she was different from other girls.
It is not every girl who climb a tree, just to see her favourite idol, wearing a skirt, is it?
When I saw her for the first time, I thought she was and idiot. But after I start talking to her, I learned many things about her like: she was an enthusiastic person, she putted her friends above anything, the opinion of her fans really mattered to her; she was sympatic, optimistic and she does not quit very easily.

"Subaru-kun" Kirito called interrupting my thoughts.

"Yes?"

"We are going to start in 2 minutes" He informs.

"Okay"

As I start walking to the cenario, a thought flashed into my mind. A thought that I always try to avoid when I think about her. A thought that gained his form since last Christmas.

Could possibly be ... that I like her?

Time skip

The day of recordings is over.

I walk out of the building wainting for my car to come.

2 minutes later, the door of the building opens again and Yume comes out.

I look at her with the corners of my eyes. She was with her Aikatsu Mobile reading something. She sighs.

Then, my car arrives.

I open the door and I look at her again.

"Hey, hum... Is everything okay?" I ask.

She seems a bit surprised because I'm talking to her.

"Oh, my car is stuck in the traffic and he will be a bit late" She says with a concerned face.

I can't just ignore her.

"If you want, you can come with me to the academy" I say a bit nervous.

She looks like she is consideranting my offer but, at the same time, she looks like she doen't know if she should accept.

"Or you can stay there in the cold" I added with a small smile.

I am almost sure that my words had an impact on her because she said:

"Okay, fine"

We both enter the car.

I start looking outside the window because I don't know what to say.

But then she talks.

Yume's POV

I can't take anymore this awkward silence between me and Subaru so I decide to break the ice.

"You let me fall"

"What?" He asks with a confused face.

"I told you that I wanted to recriate the cenario to certificate that you wouldn't let me fall. And you failed" I say with a smile.

He laughs "That's because you are heavy" He says with a grin.

"I am not!" I say with a indignant face.

He starts to laugh even more and soon we are both laughing.

It feels good to be like this with him. With no more akwardeness in the air.

We arrive at Four Star Academy and we step out of the car.

We began to talk about our day. I have never seen this side of Subaru. An interesting and funny side. He seems he really enjoys what he does.

We reach where are the S4 dorms.

"Goodbye Subaru-kun" I say with a smile.

"Goodbye... Yudetaco" He says with a grin.

"Stop calling me that!"

He laughs as I watch him going to his own dorm.
