A Teasing Love

The Beach

Yume's POV

After leaving our stuff in the rooms, we all meet at the beach. We were the only ones there. The water was clear and the sand was soft; a bit hot, though. I stretch with a smile.

"Ah, I love the beach!"

"It's relaxing." Koharu says.

"Come on," Mahiru calls, shaking a sun cream. "You have to put your sun cream unless you want to be tomato."

"You have to protect your skin. It's burning here." Yozora continues.

Me and Koharu approach to them. Everyone was already here except for Ako and Laura that arrived minutes later. I undress the dress I was wearing to reveal my pink bikini.

"I can't wait any longer. I have to dive into that ocean!" I exclaim as I start to run, followed by the girls.

The water is so good. Perfect for this temperature. I was floating in the sea with my eyes closed when I suddenly feel myself being pulled down to emerge right after with something embracing me.

"What the hell?!" I look to the person who did this to me and I meet a pair of blue eyes. More blue than this ocean. I feel my cheeks getting hot.

"Did I scare you?" Subaru asks innocently.

"Of course not. I could have just drowned or being eaten by a shark." I say sarcastically.

"A shark? There are no sharks in this beach."

"Everybody says that until they appear."

Subaru laughs as I realize our position. He was picking me up, bridal style. I gulp.

"Subaru? W-Would you put me down?"

He looks at me and blushes faintly as he realizes the position too. He lets me go.

When I was back in the water, I decide to get a little revenge. I turn around as I splash water onto Subaru. he looks at me with a shocked face and I smirk. He smirks too. Oh no.

In a quick movement, he takes his arms back and throws me a lot of water. I quickly deviated and the water hits in Asahi. He looks at Subaru with a death glare and does the same to him. Subaru dodges and the water hits in Laura. Laura attacks and hits Mahiru, who hits Nozomu, who hits Kanata, who hits Ako. I found myself in a water war, with water being throwed and splashes everywhere, with us laughing and having fun.

After awhile, we return to the towels and I spread myself. It feels so goooood. I close my eyes and before I knew it, I fall asleep.

I hear someone sneeze and I open my eyes to see Subaru laying down in a towel next to mine, reading a book. I look around and I realize the we were the only ones here.

"Subaru?" I call him and he moves his gaze to me.

"So you finally woke up."

"Where is everybody? And what time is it?"

"It's 12:23. Everybody went to grab an ice-cream but don't worry, they will bring two for us. I know how you would suffer without an ice-cream." He winks and I blush slightly.

"They are very good." I say. "But what about you? Why didn't you go with them?"

He looks away from me and scratches his cheek. "The guys didn't want to awake you and I... didn't want to leave you here alone." I feel my pulsation loudly in my ears.

"Oh, hum, thanks..." I look at the sand. "What are you reading?" I change the topic.

He shows me the book's cape. "I'm reading "The 100" By Kass Morgan."
