You were currently relaxing in your living room watching TV. Jack had recently bought Calvin some play mats for him to sit on and play with his toys so you had Calvin sat on the floor and he was coming to the stage where he was trying to crawl. Jack was currently at an interview promoting their new EP GONE. You were about to get up and sit with Calvin when you received a text from jack.
Before you could send another text, the door swung open and in ran jack closely followed behind by Dillon, Sammy and Gilinsky. Thankfully he made it home before he crawled.
"Did I miss it?!," jack said in a stressed voice, "No babe, he's still trying! Look he's doing it again!" You said, your eyes not leaving Calvin.
"There's my favourite nephew!" Sammy shouted excitedly and you all laughed.
"He is your only nephew dumbass," jack said and you chuckled at Sammy's face.
"That's exactly why he is my favourite," you laughed as jack came and sat beside you planting a gentle kiss on your temple. The 3 boys sat a good distance away from Calvin on the floor to help persuade him to crawl and also for their own entertainment to see who "his favourite uncle" actually was.
"He loves you all, he clearly can't choos-," your words were cut off as you saw Calvin get up balanced on all fours again, he finally got the rhythm of how his legs and hands should move. Thankfully jack had been recording the whole time so you could watch this moment back in years to come.
Calvin made a beeline straight to Gilinsky and he just smiled smugly at all the boys like he had won the best trophy ever. You knew Calvin would go straight to Gilinsky as Calvin has a special relationship with him and also Cindy who unfortunately wasn't at your house this time, they always babysit Calvin when you and jack have days or nights out so Calvin has developed a better relationship with Gilinsky than the other boys, but he still loved his uncle Dillon and Sammy.
Gilinsky scooped Calvin into his arms and said to him " Well done Cal," he smiled and continued to praise him, whether it was that he had just learnt to crawl or that he had chosen him as the favourite uncle you'll never know.
"Who wants some tea?," you said as all of the boys raced into the kitchen like excited little puppy's and you just laughed, scooped Calvin into your arms and went to plate the tea up for everyone.
