Louis's POV
I'm sitting here on the couch with Harry, looking at the messages. Almost immediately after I sent the messages to Ellie a single word has had me paranoid that what I did was wrong or a bad idea.

Sitting there in the corner of my screen. She's seen what I've sent. Almost ten minutes have passed and still nothing from her. Maybe it's all too real for her now. Maybe she no longer wants to talk to me.
My heart stops when I see the three bubbles pop up on the bottom left corner of my screen. She's texting back. Harry leans closer to me to get a better view of my screen for himself. He quickly taps my screen when the light starts to dim.
We wait. And wait. And then the bubbles disappear. Then reaper. My emotions are riding a roller coaster in my body as my heart pumps quickly. I can feel Harry's uneven breathing on my shoulder where he's leaned up against me. Just then my phone lightly vibrates and a messages pops it's way onto the message board.
Ellie: "It's so very wonderful to finally put a face to your name. I can see some features we share in common. I cannot believe I'm actually texting my brother!! How surreal. Please tell your friend hello for me, as well as how nice it is to have "met" him as well. What a dream this all feels like, and I hope I never wake!"
I read over her words a few times. Smiling wide at the fact she texted me back, and that she addressed me as her brother. How amazing it is to have her call me that, after all these years. I tear my eyes away from my phone to look over at Harry, who is just staring at my phone with a dumb smile, and dazed eyes. I bump into his shoulder with mine slightly edging him to look over at me.
"Can you believe she texted me back!! She called me her brother!!" I say excitedly.
"I know...and she mentioned me! She told me hello!" He says looking genially happy.
"Yeah. She did. Harry...have you already developed a thing for my sister in the less then 24hours of contact we've had with each other?" I ask him, truly skeptical. It takes him a nervous minute to reply.
"What...? No never. I'm just...happy...for you! That you got in contact with her..." he spits out in little bits. I stare at him not believing it at all. But talking to Ellie is more important than this at the moment.
I, as well as Harry, return my attention back to my phone. And start typing quickly.
"Ellie! I thought the same looking at the picture you sent me. You have no idea how wonderful it is to be able to talk to you after all these years. You can't believe my excitement when I heard back from you. Your letter was absolutely beautiful."
I hit send and wait. Within no time the three bubbles appear as well as my anticipation.
Ellie: "Its a shock and dream come true to say I have a brother. Thank you for your compliment on my writing. Same to you. I can never thank you enough for what you have done."
What a great relief it is to know she's happy about all of this.
"I'm so very glad to hear that. It was a real struggle deciding to go behind mum and dad's back, but you needed to know. I'm sure they'll can me once they find out what I've done."
Ellie responds in no time.
Ellie: "Nonsense. Mom and dad are to busy in their own lives to care what's going on in ours. I don't know if you know this, but all they do is work. And go away for work. They're hardly ever here anymore. Haven't seen them in at least two weeks"
