Chapter 1:The Unknown

Oh my god! Oh my god! I can't believe i am going to be doing this! I am going to a different planet for an entire year! This is absolutely nuts, I get to meet these creatures called humans and see what they and their habitats are like! I am so excited, i wonder what fun filled adventures im going to be doing! I hope they are really nice! So many thoughts have rushed through Starfires brain as she packed to leave her planet. She was getting ready to go through a portal to get to a planet that the creatures on it, humans, call it Earth. This was a very special day for Starfire's planet, called The Unknown Planet, this day was to open up portals to all planets for 24 hours and if you desired you were allowed to go to any planet. But they only did this once a year so if you were on another planet you would want to stay there for a couple of hours then come back, or if your really adventures you would want to stay for a year and explore, and then come back.

Starfire was dying to go to Earth, and explore it. She wanted to see everything and wanted to meet the main creatures on there, humans. She knew there must of been other species/creatures, but she didn't know what they were, nor any of the contraptions on what was on that planet. So she packed up all her things that she thought she would need for a year there, she didn't know what was to come, but hopefully nothing bad will come. Starfire walked outside of what looked like a house, but Starfire and her planet would call it a kick. She locked up her kick and headed to where the portal was, no one was there except for the creatures that worked there, one was her best friend, and one was a jerk.

Starfire's best friend, Henry was a boy, had shaggy long hair that was all around him, it basically could be used as legs, and he did use it as legs at times. He could control it and his body was kida small like really small, like an eight year old, but everyone knew he was much older then an eight year old. That was the most noticeable features his hair and the size of his body. The rest normal to a human body, just a normal body. The other guy standing right next to Henry, the one Starfire considered as a jerk, was named Thomas. He had multiple arms and legs, and some arms were cut off at the elbows, and had theses weird things that shoot off of his body, that he used to hurt Starfire when she was young.

Starfire dropped her bags and ran over to Henry and he caught her in his hair and sung her around. "I am going to miss you so much my love!" Henry said to Starfire. Although none of them knew what love meant, it just felt right to him to call his best friend love. He has a mix of dark and a light voice. He put her down and hugged her once more. "I am only going to be gone one year, and then i'm coming back! I promise i will bring back items from Earth for you! God i'm already missing you!" Starfire says hugging him one more time before turning to get her bag and looking at her planet one more time. She shakes her head yes and then smiles. "I'm ready, open up the portal she says turning around and looking at Henry and Thomas. Thomas gave Starfire a nasty look, "I heard humans are quite mean, and try to get rid of things, they do not understand, so try and be one of those things please!" Thomas says and then opens the portal.

Ignoring Thomas's mean comment she looks over at Henry and shakes her head at him meaning, "Goodbye for a while", and he returned the nod and waved at her. He stepped through the portal with her bag and was idmetally shoot through space. It was so fast like lighting speed, if she knew what that felt like of course. She started feeling hot, like really hot. And this red orangey stuff was forming around her, she didn't know what was going on and was trying to shake off whatever was on her but the more she kept on moving the more it surrounded her and it was burning her. She screamed in agony wanting the pain to stop, but it kept on burning her.

As she was trying to stop the pain she was still going in the direction to Earth. She went into Earth and is flying across the sky still, and she got some attention from humans that got out their phones and started to take videos and pictures of what was happening. They were very confused and pointing to it and wondering what it was, why was a fireball shooting across the sky? Some of them thought. Most of them thought similar thoughts that. It eventually caught on and it was put on tvs everywear: BREAKING NEWS- "A fireball is shooting across the sky and no one knows why! We talked to NASA but they have no idea what is going on here but they did say that they will watch it and see if they can figure it out. They said it will not hurt anyone though and we all are perfectly safe." A reporter said on tv. After that report they kept all cameras on this fireball.

Starfire is still screaming in pain, but no one can hear her scream. She soon realizes she will be hitting the ground soon as she came toward it. The fire consuming her whole body, and then....BAM! She hits the ground hard ball and something shoots out of her body and the whole entire Earth goes white bright light, nothing bad happens, but everything is silence and white for one second then it goes back to color and people just look at each other and don't know what to say anymore. Some are scared and some are just shocked and don't know what to say. They have no idea what happened, but their scared of it, of what they don't know. They fear the unknown of what the giant fireball was. At NASA they also don't know what just happened, they assumed that the fireball would explode, but instead they saw white, everyone has. They weren't expecting that, and there was no signs on where the fireball landed, because the fire died out.

As soon as Starfire was landed on the ground she was hit the ground on her head the first time and then thrown up and down a couple times on the ground. She tried to stop, but she couldn't and soon hit her head enough times she blacked out and soon her body was on the ground flat on her face and something like blood was everywhere. It didn't stop coming out of her body and she was unconscious. She was on the side of the road and basically bleeding quickly. Her bag is open and everything was thrown and spread out across the road.

Someone was driving in that road and wasn't really paying attention until he saw the bag and the clothing and other stuff all over the ground. He slammed on his breaks and looked around quickly to see what has happened. He heard what happened in the sky but the last sighting was very far away from him, so he didn't think anything of it, he just thought there was someone drunk and left everything on the road. But when he looked to his right he saw a girl on the ground and is what seems to him bleeding cause it was red and the substance was everywear.

He quickly killed the engine and got out of his car. He rushed over to the knocked out girl and shook her to see if she would wake up, but no luck. He flipped her on her side and tried to reach his hand toward her mouth to see if her breath was noticeable. He stops in a sudden movement and covers his mouth in shock. What is she? He thought. This is no human, i don't even know if she is a girl! He looks at her with shock and disbelief. He looks around to see if there was anyone, anyone at all to help him, but no one. He runs to his car and grabs his phone to call 911, but then stops. No one is going to believe him when he tells them about this girl, so he throws his phone back in the car and picks up the girl and puts her in the passenger seat and goes on the other side and starts driving them to his house. He was determined to find out what she was, and he was going to find out what to do with her.
