•A Night In A Blackout•
The night is still young,
But a blackout has come to visit.People groaning in frustration,
Kids screaming cause of the dark,
And the feeling of creepiness creeping up on you.
It may seem that bad cause of alot of reasons,
Like no internet,
Your afraid of the dark,
And you can't see and you don't have a flashlight with you.
Theres alot of bad things about a blackout.
But for me if i make it out the house alive,
Not tripping over anything as i make my way outside,
Away from the darkness greets me a sky filled with dazzling stars and the shining moon above.
For me thats the best thing about a blackout,
Stargazing.
You can see shooting stars,
Look for constellations,
Or just think of almost..anything.
Another good thing?
The family could be away from their phones and hang out together.
Thats what I do with my family.
Stargazing is beautiful to do.
But more fun to do it with someone you know.
But as the lights turn on,
A reminder that your still awake and not dreaming.
Your in the night gazing at stars.
But sometimes you gotta stop and think.
But for now it's time to head inside.
We can do stargazing for another night...
The stars aren't going anywhere.
And neither are you.
