When I was young they already noticed my actions that aren't feminine because instead of dresssing up my toys were cards and marbles.

When i was older,
Instead of hanging out with girls, I was with the boys.

Instead of holding a make-up kit I held a guitar and always wore a long sleeved shirt and faded pants.

***

Until I met you

My blend suddenly changed.
I learned to wear some makeup and wear girlish things.

I don't know what is it that you have that had me soften so suddenly.
Who would've thought it would be a boy like you who would capture a wild like tiger like me.

Instead of chocolates and other typical moves,
You got me through your poems and cheezy songs
Then i learned miracles were true,
I learned wearing heels and started frequently wearing a red dress,
But you never hoped that I'd completely change to prove that a girl like me will never catch your attention.

***

Even if i seem boyish,
My heart still beats for you,
With a kiss, i get affected and my feminine side wakes up like a blooming flower.
Because you care for it by watering and being my sunshine everyday,
That is your love for me that makes my life sweeter.
