The losers each got to their lunch table by themselves and joined in whatever conversation was currently going on between the losers in attendance. Bill was the last one to arrive, bringing a new girl with him. "Beverly's going to sit with us from now on." He smiled and patted the chair next to him and Ben. There was a silence that nobody was sure would end.

"Um," She spoke up, "I forgot my geometry homework in my locker, I'm gonna go get that quickly." She got up and sped out of the cafeteria, leaving her things on the chair.

"Nice job bringing Beverly. You know what she's done," Eddie frantically said before shoving a fork-load of his mac and cheese into his mouth.

Ben looked up from the book in his lap, back into the conversation, "What did she do?"

Richie adjusted his glasses, "More like who did she do. I hear the list is longer than my wang," He laughed and motioned towards his private area.

"That's not saying much," Stan mumbled before continuing his lunch.

"Anyway, Bill had her back in third grade. They kissed in the school play, the reviews said there's no faking that kind of passion!" Bill received a few elbows from his past actions, him not answering.

"T-t-they're just rumors. She doesn't have anyone to hang out with, so technically she's already a loser."

"She doesn't sound like someone who'd do that. Why not give her a chance?" (Y/n) knew what it was like to not have anyone, she was basically in Bev's position in the beginning of the summer. She returned as if on cue and Richie and Eddie resurrected their argument about whether or not you should eat mac and cheese with a fork or a spoon while the losers watched and laughed along.

They could listen to Eddie and Richie argue like an old married couple for hours, but the school bell told them otherwise. "What do you have next? I have geometry" Stan turned to (Y/n).

"Spanish, the other side of the school." Stan frowned and kissed her on the cheek before they parted ways. Beverly seemed to be walking in the same direction, so (Y/n) decided to attempt to talk to her. "So, Bev, how was your summer?"

"It was pretty normal, I spent it with my aunt in Portland."

"Sounds better than Derry," She giggled, then glanced at her hair. "Where did you get your haircut? It's so beautiful."

Bev touched her hair in response with a smile, feeling a small blush creep up to her cheeks, "I actually did it myself, but thanks."

"Okay you need to do mine one day, but for now, here's my stop." She tightened the straps on her bag, "I'll see you later." She walked into the classroom and found a seat that was some distance away from the teacher and the fuckboys. The teacher carried on with the introduction of the class, something that's been said in variations all day.

Forty-five minutes couldn't have gone any slower, but eventually, the bell freed them from listening to someone speak a language that none of them understood. (Y/n) bolted to her last class that was conveniently located across the school, English. She let out a sigh of relief when she entered the class to see Mike, Ben and Stan all in their seats already or maybe it was because she just ran and she wasn't the athletic type.

The teacher, Mr. Hargrove, introduced himself. He went on for a long time about his son that went to jail and his step-daughter that's a senior here. Stan and (Y/n) exchanged many glanced and smiles throughout the entire period, with Mike and Ben, passed noted to them with "aww" written on it.

When the school day finally ended, the losers and Bev all met up again in front of the school, grabbing their bikes. "Quarry, anyone?" A chorus of yeahs was heard and they were off and on their way, complaining about school the entire time.

Eddie stayed on the beach because of his cast and (Y/n) sat there with him as everyone else went swimming. "How much do you trust her? Beverly?" He asks, staring at the ones in the water.

"I don't know, but she doesn't look like the type that would do anything bad."

"All I know is that she's bad news, rumor or not. We don't need another member of our club."

"No more auditions?" She chuckled, attempting to make the situation better.

"Absolutely not." He pulled a granola bar from his bag and started to devour it out of anger. Richie came out and sat with them on the rocks.

"The fuck is wrong with you?" He gestured to Eddie's stress eating.

"He thinks Beverly is trying to split up the losers." Richie sighed and slapped Eddie's back, causing him to choke a little.

"Come on, Eddie Spaghetti we all know that if she tries to do that, we are fully capable of kicking the shit out of her!" He said with a smile.

"I guess, but I thought I told you a long time ago to stop calling me Eddie Spaghetti." He pouted as the rest of the losers came out of the water and on the rocks.

(Y/n) got up to move her bag and went back to the rocks, where an open rock next to Stan was sat on by Bev, causing her to quietly go by Eddie, who gave her a look that screamed I told you so. The conversation consisted of government conspiracy theories and the awful people in each of their classes. Stan kept looking over to (Y/n) across the half circle of rocks, wishing that she was the one crushing him with Mike.

Eddie's watch beeped, telling him that he needed to be home soon. Everyone got up and grabbed their things along with him. When the majority of the losers were already on their bikes, they waited to Stan and Bev to come out together, ceasing conversation once they caught up.

Eddie once again shot her the look, but she brushed it off while mouthing "It's fine" as Stan pulls up next to her. They ride back to their homes, (Y/n) having a small amount of doubt in the back of her mind.

Could Eds be right? Is she trying to snatch Stan?

OOF okay so I once again have the motivation to write again (Of course this happens at the end of my break :( lmao)

QUESTION: I wrote a few chapters for a new book {I'm unsure which loser the reader will end up with yet} and I was wondering if any of you would want to read it. I'll post the first chapter in another story if that would be something y'all are interested in.

I'm excited about where this story is going to go and hopefully it will be different from any other books.

Also, me trying to sneak in Stranger Things characters and actually trying to fit them into an accurate timeline
