Tegan's P.O.V.
At around nine o'clock, Charlotte told me she needed to go, so we said our goodbyes and I started my walk toward the bicycle racks, where I had left my bike earlier, before riding home.
Grabbing a house key out of my bag, I unlocked the back door and headed to my room. No one was home tonight, but I wasn't surprised. Mum had begun working so many jobs since she and dad divorced a few months ago, that I was surprised she could breathe when she was home. And my older sister, Lillian, was at a friend's house.
I opened my bedroom door, walking in and setting my bag down on my desk chair, and prepared myself for bed, brushing my teeth and changing into something more comfortable. Finishing with that, I wasn't exactly tired, when an idea hit me. Getting up, I grabbed my bag off the chair and sat down, digging a notebook out of my bag and setting it on the desk, opening it up to a blank page. Muttering under my breath, I looked in my bag for a pencil, or pen, and began writing when I found one.
It was three fifteen in the morning when I finished, and I was actually quite proud of it, and I hoped Charlotte would like it. Writing was a lot different than taking photographs and I didn't want to disappoint her because I knew how much she liked the photos, so I decided to add a photo, using a paper clip to keep it together.
Opening one of the drawers in the desk, I pulled out the stack of photos I took of Charlotte, but never gave to her, and found the perfect one: I had taken it during lunch one day when I had noticed Charlotte writing in a notebook, food in front of her, but eyes focused on the paper. It was a moment that I just had to capture. And I'm glad I did.
I stuck the paper and picture in my backpack, between two binders, gently, so that it wouldn't tear, and then pulled my iPod out, putting my headphones in, and fell asleep as The Cab filled my ears.
Seven A.M. came too quickly as I woke up, rubbing my eyes and getting up, walking to the bathroom so I could shower. After showering, I dressed, packed a quick lunch, and made my way outside, hopping on my bicycle and making my way towards the school.

The Cab song Tegan is listening to is 'Endlessly', just in case you were curious, and the picture on the side is Tegan (Dylan O'Brien).
I hope you like this chapter, despite the fact that it's short.
Love you guys xx
