Chapter 1 The Dream

I walk through a field of grass it seems peaceful but not quite, I look to my left and see nothing but blackness, not even a speck of light there I get the chills down my spine, I look to my right same thing, I dared to look forward and see a tall black silhouette it stares me down from afar...I try to run but I can't it's like I am paralyzed, It starts to walk towards me closer and closer I try to scream but my throat is dry, I'm unable to do anything I...I feel helpless. It's too late the figure is standing over me blankly staring down at me like it's toying with me seeing what I will do. I hear a scream it sounds like someone I know I think to myself with that the thing picked me up and all of a sudden the blank stare becomes a vile terrifying wide smile and says " ї щїll ₴ёё уоц ₴оои яДvёи." I wake up to my mom shaking me "Raven wake up it's just a dream, it's not real please wake up!" I look up at her "Oh thank god you're awake, you were talking in a strange language and crying" I sit up and yawn "Well I'm awake now hehe sorry for scaring you, kinda had a Nightmare" I chuckle "Nightmares aren't funny Raven, What was it about?" "Just a black nothingness and that's kinda it" she looks at me with the look of disbelief and shrugs "Alright then Raven whatever you say, but just remember I'm always here if you need someone to talk to" "I know I know but I'm fine seriously btw what time is it?" "6:15 but your bus might be a bit late" She walks out of my room "How do you know?" I get up and start to get ready putting on a black tank top and a galaxy hoodie "You're friend Sapphire's mom called and told me"She says walking into the kitchen I freeze in my footsteps and sighs. "Yeah friend" I say under my breath and open my door, I walk to my bag and pick it up "Hey Raven what do you want for breakfast" She asks starting up the oven "Just some toast" "You sure? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day~!" "Yeah mom I'm sure" I put get two slices of bread and put them in the toaster "Alright then" she grabs a pan out of the cabinet and puts it on the burner. I hear something outside driving. "Welp I'll be heading out to school, bye mom" putting my hand on the handle and turning it "Bye Raven, Love you!" I walk out and onto the bus the doors creak greeting my coach who was also the driver of this carriage to hell. I sigh and walk on heading towards the back and sit, I put on my headphones and listen to music.
