9- The Gates to the Underworld

Hayden came back to the cave where he got himself installed. He left the food he had just gotten by his improvised bed. Hungry as a Beast, he sat on the bed eating, staring at a Magic fire as he watched all of the Auradon and Villain Kids chillin at the memorial listening to Ben, Belle and Rose reading a story. He had nothing else to do, he was starting to feel bored. He looked around the cave and he Saw a weird piece of wood covering a passage, he left the fire burn as he peeked at the inside of the passage and saw something familiar to him.

"Haunted!" He smirked as he saw Hades Brand at a certain part of a wall, "I'll see you soon dad, we still need to have a father/Son conversation."

Mal rubbed the emerald making Hayden's eyes go green and shiny, "I Wish you could be with us now brother."

"I miss you too Evil princess. But your big brother might have just found the Gates to the Underworld." Hayden said with a wicked smile on his face.

Meanwhile in Auradon, Mal as She heard Hayden on her mind ran out of the Hall and went to hers and Evie's room.

"Hayden, get the hell out of there!" Mal spoke to the Orb, after locking the door and Make a soundproof spell on it. "Tell me they're not out of the Isle."

"There's a cave with a very tight entrance near where I left you, and I found a passage with my dad's Brand on it. I'll bring back Uma and stop Harry. She'll help us..." Hayden said as he quickly assembled a bag with food and some money because of Caronte, The sailer of the Underworld.

"Are you delusional? Uma?? " Mal yelled "She'll destroy Auradon with Harry, and then kill you for real."

"You don't know, do ya?" Hayden sighed, "Like Evie grew feelings for the 8th dwarf I grew feelings for Uma. Maybe it's because me and Evie were never meant to be. She meant it when She Said She loves Doug. Maybe I'll try to see where my feelings for Uma go."

"Hayden..." Mal was tearing up, "Evie has been away from Doug. He went to the Isle to confront you because of you and Evie, he Said Evie he quited the idea and wanted to die... He thought Evie wouldnt love him anymore."

"Mal, if he does something to hurt Evie. You know whom to call and how to reach... " Hayden Said as he stared at the passage, "I'll be fine, I Promise. "

Mal cried, "Hayden, please,... You're still injured. The sword..." She heard a knock on her door, "Hayden... I beg you... Don't go."

"To end Harry's Madness, I'll need her, even if that means I'll die for Auradon and not for the Isle. And Mal, don't come to the Isle soon, Heart and the Isle Guardians have emerged, they are stronger than I thought. I'm afraid Daniel is suspicious about me the death was simply too easy for him. " Hayden started to walk threw the passage and as he walked down some blue flames started to illuminate the path. "I love you sister. I miss being rotten with you."

"Hayden..." Mal was interrupted by the knock on the door and Ben speaking, She took the spell off. "Ben, I'm fine... I just needed a break. "

Ben hugged Mal tightly, "I know it's been hard for you. But he didn't want you to be like this... Neither he wanted Evie down like She is... She was walking around the museum, where some sculptors are making Hayden's statue. Crying... Doug isn't better they might have broke up."

Mal sighed, "I need to speak to her. " She kissed Ben before leaving the Room running to the museum where Evie was singing a song about her memories of the Isle.

"I miss the way we played, I miss all the words you've said, In the darkest side of the love maze..." Evie ended the song just before She noticed Mal as She looked everything and putted a sound proof barrier in the museum including the cameras. "Mal??? What's going on?? "

"What happened between you and Doug?" Mal spoke to Evie as She reached her.

Evie cleaned her tears, "he went to the Isle to do what Harry did..." She started to sob, "he must have heard us in the hospitality."

Mal rubbed the Orb making it shinny, "he must pay for this Evie."

"He is... We broke up... " Evie Said hugging Mal, "Mal... I need to go to the Isle. I need to find myself again... And Auradon... Isn't helping"

"Stop Mal, immediately" Hayden's voice appeared on Mal's head and Mal's eyes turned green.

"Mal? What's wrong? You're scaring me." Evie asked staring at the Orb on Mal's neck.

"Hayden's Alive and he's heading to Underworld to bring Uma back." Mal confessed, "you need to stop him."

Evie froze, "how do you know?"

Mal sighed and putted the Orb on her hand, "Hayden, Evie needs you, Doug hurt her feelings... "

A flame raged Next to Malificent's statue and on front of Hades's statue, "What did the 8th dwarf do? " Hayden's figure appeared on the flames.

Evie teared up from happiness, "Hayden... Don't worry... Why you're heading to the Underworld?" She touched the flames without them harming her.

Hayden sighed, "we need Uma to stop Harry Hook. The Isle's Guardians wont tame him for long... Evie... I ... I miss you..."

"I miss you too..." Evie sighed as Mal smiled widely.

"Evie, if you need to go... Know that you know where to find me. And that I'll be always there for you. " Mal Said before Evie hugged her tight leaking some happiness tears.

"Hayden... I'll meet you at our place. Please don't go to the Underworld without me." Evie Said to the flames and he facepalmed himself.

"Mal,..." Hayden Said.

"Yes, big brother" mal acted innocent.

"You're a terrible best friend. It's too dangerous for her to come." Hayden confessed, "I'm wounded..."

"You'll need her to help you recover. If I go to the Isle now... Daniel is gonna kill me." Mal Said staring at Hayden.

"Fine... " Hayden Said before turning to Evie, "Bring some cosy stuff the cave gets very cold during the night. I'll be in the Hideout waiting for you. " He sighed "please be careful..."

"I will Hayden... " Evie Said before the flame vanished, "Mal? I'll ask Jay to bring me back... I need this..."

"You can always find me in the space between" mal sang and started from the begining.
