My head began to spin and I felt my face begin to pale.
"Wait what?" I asked one more time to see if I had heard my parents correctly. My heart beat was racing and a worryingly pace.
"We're moving and you'll have to go to a public school."
My vision began to blur. My eyes seemed to be already turning to the back of my head. My whole body was shaking and I stumbled but caught myself.
"MOM DAD?!?!?! WHY???" I shoved my hands into my hair and started raking my over my head.
"It's a small town son. Our business will grow. We've only had maybe two customers since Harbucks opened up here. South Park will be much better with us. Plus, they've already got the place set up. All that's left to do is move our things there." Dad told me with a smile.
I stared at Mom and Dad with disgust. In South Park I didn't know anyone! I was going to be alone and everyone is a stranger!
Dad leaned down on one knee and patted my shoulder. "Son, it could be a lot worse. We could have gotten robbed here. You could have been kidnapped! You already know how many children are kidnapped here!" He told me.
My fingers began to scratch my head harder. My body was shaking like a vibrator, my body was also twitching uncontrollably and I was close to having a panic attack. Dad was right! Lots of children do get kidnapped and we could get robbed!
I grabbed my hair and shut my teeth tight trying not to scream.
"In South Park, everyone knows everyone. It's small and you'll be fine." Dad said. I looked him in the eyes. "Now do you see why we're moving?" He asked me calmly.
"Yes!" I said. He's right. We're not safe here. We need to leave right now! Who knows, maybe people are coming and they're going to take me away realizing we'll be moving. They'll take me and away and then my family will leave without me. Then they'll rape me and I'll grow up to become a sex slave!!
"ILL GO PACK RIGHT NOW!!!" I raced across the house and then upstairs into my room.
I jumped into the car making sure to throw all my stuff into the back. I buckled my seatbelt and then waited for the car to start and for us to be on the road.
I squeezed the stress toy that Mom bought me for my stress and anxiety. I looked out the window and back towards the house seeing a red car pull up towards it. I felt every hair on my body stand as I began to shiver. I looked away not wanting to see their faces. Was I glad we left in time.
I opened my eyes to feel warm all over, but out the window there was snow. I looked ahead seeing a town. I had forgotten about how we were moving. I sighed. At least I was relaxed and not stressing out.
"We're finally here!" Dad said brightly as we pulled into town and the rounded the corner towards a coffee place. I gazed out the window at it. There were big black words saying "Tweek Bros" near the top. Most of the building was glass. I grumbled knowing Dad would try to force me to clean all of it every now and then.
"Dad, Why does it look different?" I asked as we drove away from it. "Well, we decided to remodel because the old one was a bit, dark inside." Dad explained. "A bit?! We had to put up Christmas lights! Even then it was pitch black inside. It was also freezing!" Mom said with shudder as if remembering the freezing cold.
It was cold there, but I had gotten used to it. I also knew where everything was. I didn't even need the light to see what I was doing. Either way, it's gone now..
We passed the small town and soon enough were in the neighborhood. Dad stopped the car and we all got out looking at the new place. I gazed at the building missing everything in the city even more.
We unpacked and then we left to go set up the Café. By the time we got there though, the sun began to set.
We began to set up. Mom set up the menu, Dad cleaned up the tables and all around and I. Well I was put into the basement. Again.
I sighed as I whipped my forehead looking at the cleaned up basement. I had set up the samples for the next day when I already knew I would be forced to taste test all of the disgusting samples that my parents would try to make. I sadly though, wasn't aloud to make the coffee itself. Everyone else did that. And I'm not surprised our Café almost went out of business. None of them know how to make a proper cup of coffee like I do. I honestly couldn't wait to be able to make the coffee. Then people could taste pure perfection.
We finished up the place and then drove back to the house. We ate dinner and then all went to bed. My parents excited for the next day, unlike me.
Larch - Yee. First page done. I can't wait to do all the others!!!
