Imma try a new writen style taday
I don't know how many times I've checked the list over and over to make sure I had everything.
When I woke up, I got dressed and then dad drove me to the Café and forced me to try a few coffee mixes and then giving me a backpack and a list to make me be more confident that I had everything. Now, I find myself walking down the sidewalk with my head low.
The coffee shop was just a few blocks down the street from the school so luckily I didn't have to ride any bus. I didn't care that I'd be walking while it was still a little dark. It just meant more silence for me.
As I calmly made my way to the school, the air around grew dull. It's misty flavor and the silence that went with it leaving once the flicker of lights began to brighten the sky. Soon enough the light was coming from the town instead of the early rays of the sun stretching over the horizon.
I looked up seeing what I thought would be the end of me. I was a bit early but that was fine. I couldn't bare to turn my head back and find myself looking at the other children.
I didn't know any of them. Their faces were new. They all seemed to have new presences as well. I began to feel my heart beat as I looked down. I felt, even if they weren't looking at me, their shadows were. They were watching me and laughing at me. They just kept laughing and laughing. They don't ever stop.
"Y-You okay?" A voice asked. I whipped my head around to see a crippled kid in front of me. I couldn't help but stare at his legs as they bent in odd directions.
The kid must have caught on when I didn't say anything and just stared. "H-have you n-n-n-never seen a crippled k-k-kid b-before?" He asked me.
"N-no?" I said more of questioning myself if I had seen one or not. In my old town, I never saw any children such as the kid talking to me.
"Well I'm Jimmy. Jimmy Valmer." The kid introduced himself. "I'm Tweek Tweak." I said beginning to shake and twitch a lot the more time passed.
"Tweek Tweak. I-nteresting name. I suppose your f-f-family owns the new p-place down t-t-t-town."
"Y-yup."
"Hey Jimmy. Got a new stutter buddy?" Both me and Jimmy turned out heads to see a odd looking kid.
"Oh why h-hello Nathan." Jimmy said kindly even after Nathan had just made fun of how we stutter. I swallowed hard. Is Jimmy the only nice student here?
Before any more conversation could be brought up, a loud ringing made me flinch and then twitch even more than I already was.
"T-time fore class." Jimmy said using weird arm equipment to walk forward as if they were his legs. Watching him walk so quickly away made me sure he had very nice arms.
Before I could turn back to the Nathan kid I found he was already gone. I turned away and walked towards the school doors joining the crowd of students.
I followed the students for a while before finding the office where a lady gave me a paper saying that I was new and telling me who's class I was in.
I walked down the halls. Everyone was already in their classes as I walked down the empty building. Papers were scattered around along with other junk. The whole school seemed messy and unkempt. Thinking about it made my anxiety boost more.
Once finding my classroom. I stood at the door for a moment. From what I heard I'd have to stay in this classroom for the whole year. I crossed my shaky fingers and prayed I didn't get a horrible room.
I knocked on the door and it was soon opened by a kid I didn't know. I walked inside seeing a thankfully clean classroom. Everyone's eyes turned to me.
"Who the fuck is that?" Someone asked. "Now what did I tell you about bad words class?!" The teacher walked up to me but kept his head on the class as he yelled at them.
I handed the teacher the piece of paper the principal had given me. He read it over, very slowly.
"Oh... Your a new student. How about you introduce yourself to the class?" The teacher said not even bothering to say his own name or anything.
"Oh no! I c-couldn't sir! That's way to much pressure." I shook my head and stared at the teacher as he looked over me.
"Oh no I insist. And call me Mr Garrison." The teacher, known as Mr Garrison, told me. I looked at the students. They weren't even looking at me anymore. They were just talking to one another. Or sleeping..
I felt a bit more calmer knowing they weren't paying attention to me. But introducing myself was way to much work.
"What if I say my name wrong? What if I speak and someone interrupts? What if, while I'm talking the president tries to shoot me saying I'm evil!?" I began to freak out as more and more reason why I shouldn't introduce myself would be a horrible mistake.
Mr Garrison stared at me unamused. "I'll just say your name." He stood up straight and the walked me to the middle of the class.
"Listen up children." Mr Garrison said getting cold glares from almost every student. Did they really not like him?
"Now this is Tweek Tweak. A weird name I know. Don't do anything weird next to him he's a nervous wreak."
The students began to laugh. I covered my mouth trying not to scream bloody murder.
"Now find an open desk and sit down at it." Garrison told me pushing me out of his way. Now I can see why the students gave him cold glares. Maybe I could join in with them one day.
I walked over to the desks and sat down in a seat that was in the second row.
The teacher began to talk about something but my attention drifted off and I began to just stare at my desk. I felt like I was sleeping with my eyes open. But I wasn't really unconscious either.
The end of the day went by quickly and I found myself not remembering what I exactly did. Or making any friends except for a possible disabled friend.
