Chapter 9

Back at the Isle, Louie joining Cassie and Jac, they finally arrived at the abandoned pier of the Isle.

"I'll get the swords." Jac said.

"Okay." Nodded Louie.

Mali, Evan, and (Y/n) arrived only to see Louie with Cassie and Jac.

"Louie!" Surprised Mali.

"What are you doing here?" (Y/N) said, hugging Louie.

"I made them bring me." He explained.

"I'm so glad."

"Hi. Welcome to the Isle," Evan greeted."It's good to see you."

"Thanks." Louie thanks Evan.

Cassie and Jac opened the trunk, Cassie went dismayed as she noticed Dude hiding.

"And Dude." Jac said.

"I told you to stay." Cassie reminded Dude.

"I flunked obedience class..." Dude answered.

"Great, And he can still talk." Jac replied sarcastically.

Cassie picked up Dude and said, "You're so lucky I love you."

As Cassie took Dude from the trunk and put him down, she showed Mali the fake wand, Mali making compliments on the replica. It'd finally noon and everyone was ready to comfort Umar and his gang of pirates. With that, they headed inside the tunnel. Before Cassie lastly entered, she turned to Dude, who was walking towards her.

"Stay!" Cassie ordered as she pointed the fake want at him. Dude grumbled is dismayed as he stopped and sat down. "I really mean it."

Cassie quickly joined her friends after telling Dude not follow her.

They finally arrived when Gila noticed them coming.

"Hey, guys! They're here!" She shouted as she began to climb down.

Will looked up and see three boys and three girl, he got up and walked to one of the rails to get a better look.

Bell was escorted by Harper, her hands was still tied up, only to be roughly pushed away from her.

"Welcome!" Harper greeted.

"Finally!" Umar became delighted to see not only Mali and his friends, but his mother too, arrival as he laughed.

As they stood at the bridge to Umar's ship, Umar began rapping.

As they finished their rap battle, Mali finally was about to hand the wand over to Umar. But Umar stopped Mali from doing so.

"Hold up," He said as he began to give himself a short moment of thought. "Mm. Too easy. Why don't you give it a test drive? We want to see it work."

Mali gave a slight laugh as he replied, "You always were quite the drama King."

On the other hand, Dude, despite disobeying Cassie, finally arrived.

"Oh, and nothing too big, or else Bell is fish bait." Umar warned him.

Mali turned to Bell, almost about to fall at the end of the plank. Harper held her back by her blue hoodie as if she's not letting her go. He knew he couldn't let that happen to her as he looked back at Umar.
