You spent the next two weeks under the spotlight. New articles and social media outlets were talking about you and your now ex boyfriend. The ARMY were also talking nonstop about you. thankfully, the ARMY was on yours and Taehyung's side.
Tweets of support poured into your inbox from thousands of ARMYs. Even after the initial two weeks, people were still talking about it, but it had seemed to die down.
It had also only taken a little over a week to get a restraining order in place and the bodyguard finally left your side at school. The first few days of having a bodyguard were embarrassing to say the least.
Everyone stared at you and whispers passed your ears. The snide remarks mainly came from Ji-Yong's close friends as everyone else was on your side about the situation. Who wouldn't be? You were a small and short girl, you could barely bench press a toddler. Ji-Yong was at least a foot taller than you and could easily lift 100+ pounds with the muscles he had.
When you first showed up to school with the cuts and bruises on your face, it wasn't hard for your classmates to choose which side they were on.
That didn't mean there weren't students against you. Leaving ugly notes on your locker, whispering loudly about you.
You were grateful the next week of school when your classmates had seemingly tired of you and went onto whatever interested them that week. You were even more grateful that a few days later Yoongi informed you the restraining order had been issued and you didn't need the bodyguard anymore.
The first day back in class, alone, Jiwoo sat next to you during history. "Finally. I thought bodyguard man would never leave." You smiled pulling your notebook out to scribble a few notes down. "Your face is clearing up good."
The bruises on your face had nearly faded completely by now, and the cuts on your face had left days earlier since they weren't very deep to begin with.
"Yeah? I'm glad. I was scared those cuts were going to scar."
"Oh no. Those cuts were so small. You did not need to worry."
"Yeah you're right. I'm just glad it's almost all gone. And the public has stopped talking about me so much."
"Oh yeah. It seemed to stop after Taehyung's apology."
Your hand instinctively grabbed your pencil tighter in your grip at the reminder of Taehyung having to get up and apologize for his actions. "It did."
"Ms. Min. Ms. Park. Would you to like to teach my class? Since you two seem to have so much to talk about?"
Your face flushed as you again shook your head "no ma'am. We're sorry."
"Sorry." Jiwoo mumbled softly.
"One more disruption from you two and it's detention."
"Yes ma'am." You bowed your head apologetically as she turned and continued in with her lesson.
After school let out that day you went straight to the dorm. Suga still didn't want you lingering to long outside alone until he was sure this fiasco was done and over with.
"How was school jagi?" Taehyung greeted you at the door with a kiss.
"Chocolate cake?" You asked when he pulled away from you, the taste still lingering on his lips.
He smiled his signature boxy smile, "Yeah. Jin hyung made some. Good?"
"Good. And school was good."
"Homework?" Taehyung took your backpack off your shoulders, watching as you took off your shoes at the door.
"Neh. Some. Mostly reading chapters and taking notes."
"I can help you take notes," He slung your backpack over one of his shoulders and wrapped an arm around your waist. Since you had to keep your relationship secret from the public for lord knows how long, V was extra affectionate in the home.
"Hands to yourself Taehyung." Suga warned as you walked into the living space.
Taehyung laughed "Hyung-Ah. I can't help it. Y/n is so pretty. I want to hold her all the time."
Taehyung sat your bag at the kitchen table on your way on the way into the living room. "You better help it. Or I'll have your hands."
You giggled at how Yoongi was acting, "be nice Oppa." You warned with a wag of your finger at the man.
Yoongi grumbled one last time before you kissed the side of Taehyung's cheek "homework?"
"Yeah I'll help you." He smiled, following you back to the dining table to help you with your studying.
As you read your pages for class and simultaneously wrote notes, Taehyung was occupying your left hand.
"Taehyung Oppa, I'm doing my homework."
"Hmm?" He looked up at you, he was holding your one small hand in his two larger ones, intertwining your fingers together and rubbing circles on the top of your hand.
"You playing with my hand doesn't help me concentrate."
"I'm sorry jagi. Your hand is so cute and soft!"
With a sigh you closed your work and turned to him. "Okay. I can do my homework later. It isn't due until Friday anyways."
He grinned and kissed your lips happily. "Yay!" You let out a soft laugh, wrapping your hands around his neck as he plastered your face with kisses.
"Oppa!"
"Im your Oppa," he grinned, rubbing his nose against yours. "No one else."
"Okay." You suddenly found yourself in Taehyung's lap, legs wrapped around his waist as he continued to kiss you.
"Better quit that before Yoongi Hyung catches you." Jimin had walked into the kitchen, grabbing a bag of chips.
"Don't be such a downer Jiminie." Taehyung said, nuzzling his face against your neck.
"What do you want to do for your birthday y/n? Besides Taehyung."
"Jimin Oppa!" You flushed bright red at his teasing. You're birthday was this Saturday and you were turning 18, or 19 by korean standards.
When you were a little girl, your favorite part about having your birthday in February was your mother had always made it valentines themed, since your birthday was on the 18th.
"Oh what do you want to do? You'll be 19. Last year in your teens." Taehyung looked at you curiously. His cheeks were rosy red as well, but he was trying to divert the topic.
"I don't know. Maybe just a small thing here? Cake and presents? I don't want much." You titles your head slightly.
"Hmm Okay," Taehyung kissed your jawline gently, causing to Jimin to roll his eyes.
"yoongi hyung! Taehyung-Ah is in here corrupting your sister!"
"Jimin!" Taehyung yelled as you jumped off the man at the sound of Yoongi yelling for your boyfriend.
"Taehyung if I get in that kitchen and your touching my sister!"
"We're not! Jimin Oppa is lying!" You giggled, running out the kitchen and to your room. "I'm the one corrupting Taehyung Oppa!"
"Y/n?!" Yoongi yelled at you now as you giggled fiercely on your way to your bedroom.
