We start walking back to the cabin  with our hair soaking wet.

I intertwine my fingers with hers.

We walk back to the cabin and walk inside.

Nobody's here.

They must have all hurried down before breakfast to get there early.

"I have to go to the bathroom to get cleaned up I'll be back"

I hear the faucet running but I can hear something else..

Puking?

I knock on the door.

"Yes?"

"Are you okay?"

"Ya I'm fine just coughing" I hear the faucet turn off and iris opens the door.

"Are you sure?"

She puts a piece of gum in her mouth and chews.

"Ya I'm fine just had a coughing fit."

"Oh-um okay well what do you want to do?"

"Oh um I'm gonna stay in the cabin you can go get breakfast"

"But I wanna be with you"

She smiles and kisses my cheek.

"That's sweet but I'm not hungry at the moment and you look starved so go eat I wanna draw"

"Okay well ill see you later iris"

"See ya Finn"

I open the door and start walking out when I stop and see someone that I didn't think was coming back.

Ellie Hiyar.

She stops and looks at me and walks away.

Thank god.

We have a terrible past.

She had a crush on me while she was dating my best friend.

I suppose the crush has faded because of how she carries herself now but I dont know.

She's still with the friend.

I walk over to the mess hall.

I see Millie and sky talking and sharing food and Sadie and Caleb making out.

Gaten must be in the woods with his flavorful greens..

I sit down next to Millie and sky.

"Hey Finn" sky said making Millie turn around to see me.

"Hey sky"

"Where's iris Finn?" Millie said without hesitation.

"She wanted to draw in the bunk..god leave her alone"

"Why you werent leaving her alone when you-"

"Hey Millie can I show you something" we all turn around and its Ellie.

"Um sure.."

Ellie stopped Millie.

What the hell is even happening this year.

Ellies decent.

Millies a bitch.

Theres a new girl who I cant stop thinking about.

I barley have a lot of anxiety.

The bell rings singaling us to get out of the mess hall so that they can clean it before dinner.

Oh ya at this camp they give you granola bars and a milk for lunch.

Its actually fun because its quick enough to eat and then get back to the fun shit.

The bell rings and I start walking back to the cabin to see Iris.

She makes my heart melt.

Like feel like my heart could just fall out of my chest.

Make me smile.

She's just so beautiful.

Nobody is walking to the cabin.

Caleb is making out with Sadie by a tree.

Sky, millie, Ellie and one of ellies friends are all talking by the benches.

So I continue walking and open the cabin door.

Iris isnt on the bed and her notepad is just lying on the bed with only a couple traces.

I hear puking from the bathroom.

I open the door.

Iris is on her knees puking into the toilet with her fingers down her throat.

"Iris! Stop! What are you doing!"

I kneel down next to her and take her fingers away from her.

She's crying.

"Finn! Let me be! Just..let..me..be" she starts sobbing.

I hold her in my chest.

Her sobs are more controlled and I look at her face to face.

"Why are you doing this to yourself?"

"You don't get it! Im not pretty and I don't have a good body! Im ugly!"

"Iris, I'm not gonna let the girl who holds my first kiss treat herself this way. Iris you are a person whenever you a rude to yourself, you a rude to a human being who deserves to feel loved. Iris, you are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen and im gonna say you are perfect until you understand. I don't care if I have to say it till the day I die. Iris, you are beautiful."

"Really finn?"

"That beauty goes deeper than the surface"

I hold her and play with her hair in the bathroom when I hear the cabin door open..
