"The baby, the baby is coming!" Tomeka screams
Briana, Tomeka lady in waiting comes rushing to her aid and makes preparations to welcome the next member of the Yao Royal Family. Unbeknownst to Briana Tomeka would not be keeping her son. She only came to this remote Island in the Caribbean to give birth away from prying eyes.
The mid-wife comes over to Tomeka and she and Briana places Tomeka in a tub with warm water. Once she was placed in the tub Tomeka starts to push while Briana wipes her forehead and the midwife gives further instructions.
35 minutes later of pushing and grunting Tomeka gave birth to a healthy baby boy. She took one look at him and passed him off to Briana.
"Take him away"
"But Princess..."
" I said take him away now!"
" OK but what shall I name him?"
" Briana if you value your job you will not question me on such trivial matters and follow my orders once they are given!"
As Briana leaves the room the mid-wife approached the Princess.
" You are a foolish and vain young woman to have such a blessing only to send it away."
Tomeka stared blankly at the older woman as she left not waiting for a reply.
After Briana finalized the paperwork for illegitimate prince, she came back to check on Tomeka and noticed the tears in the princesses eyes.
"What did you name him?"
"Hakeem"
"And his surname?"
"Kafele"
"Thank you Briana, but we must never speak of this day again"
"Yes your highness"
