His Fox, On the Stage

"Mr Fox! Mr Fox!" A blur of red crashed into a once standing Ashi. "Omph!" Laughter filled the air as a little child sat on top of his back while younger versions of the first stringers were laughing as well. "What do I owe the pleasure..." "'ee had us worried... 'ee didn't come back for a long time." Ashi gently started to stand, holding freckles hand. "It's okay Joker. I said I was going to come back, and I meant it." Joker smiled while the other laughed at how Freckles tugged on his ear. "Ow... itai."

"Who's there? Show yourself." Ashi stared at the figure, his ears flicking back as he prepared to fight. The figure was casted in the orangish light giving a calming voice, "It's only me." Joker walked inside before he took off his scarf, "I guess it took me a while to realize who 'ee was." Ashi stared at him, as if he was assessing a possible threat. Joker looked at him in remembrance, "You're the demon..."

"I am. Do you fear me now?" Joker smiled before he sat down and looked at him, "Not really... takes a lot to scare me." Aki frowned as he gave a huff of air at ease as Joker reached towards him, touching his cheek, "Mortals... always so stupid." Joker laughed before he gently patted his head, "Well, glad to have 'ee back." Ashi sighed and stared at him accepting the affection, "Well. Why are you here?" Joker tilts his head some, "Well, I was just wondering out of curiosity if 'ee were who I thought 'ee was." Ashi frowns before he gave a small noise, "Okay... then I'll be sleeping. Believe it or not I need it."

"Are you sure? I've heard 'ee screamin'." Ashi paused as he looked at Joker, "Where?" Joker sighed gently sitting in a chair near the bed, "I hear you at night. Nightmares?" Azrail looked at him before laying in the bed, "Are you going to join or what?" Joker chuckled as he removed his tailcoat, Ashi looking tired as he allowed the male to slink into bed. Joker let Ashi rest against him as Ashi silently started to doze off as Joker sang.

Next morning:

"Fox!" Sebastian noticed Azrail from bellow him, seeing him a bit more sluggish, "Mmm?" Ashi was trying to mess with his hat to place it on one ear for it to breath a bit, noticing one of the helpers, "Will you help me with my clown skills?" Now Ashi tilted his head confused as he finally managed to get the hat right, "Clown?" The person laughed as they saw his confused expression, "Yeah, like be funny and 'fall' off the balancing balls." Ashi frowned slightly before he nodded, "I don't quite see the humor, but alright." He leapt up onto one of the red ones, calmly just standing waiting for them.

"So when I fall, I'm suppose to tumble slightly." Ashi watched them fall before he frowned, "Perhaps you should try this way," He held his hands out and slowly rolled forwards before he 'tried' to go backwards and fell back on his behind. He gave a small noise before looking at his tails, "Forgot those were out..." The clown laughed as they watched it, before they decided to give it a shot. They teetered and tottered before they flew back dramatically and gave a big embarrassed smile, causing Ashi to give a small chuckle, "Fox! Will 'ee come over 'ere?"

"Sure Joker." He excused himself and walked over towards the one armed ring leader, "What is it?" Joker smiled at him as he calmly stated, "Well, I was 'onderin' if you could show me your talents." Ashi looked confused as he tilted his head, "My talents? Have I not shown them to you?" Joker seemed a little more nervous as Sebastian could not hear them but glared in the direction, "Well, I mean..." Joker looked uncomfortable as he seemed to try and explain. Ashi frowned before he caught on, "You want me to show you my demon abilities." Joker gave a small cough, "I mean... 'ee don't 'ave to." He sighed before holding up his hand as he removed his glove, "I'm not going to show you my form. That takes too much time. And I don't know if I could go back to normal." He looks at his hand, Joker looked surprised that his hand had changed. His nails had grown sharp and extremely long, his fingers seemed longer and less human. His eyes became golden and his teeth were sharper, but they changed quickly at a voice, "Fox?" He turned his head before seeing Freckles.
