He goes to the first person in front of him and shouts in their face demanding who they are and why they are here
You don't really pay attention and look around to see most people with massive scared expressions on their faces and others with emotionless.
You thinking: 'they must have known what those abominations are like. Good. We need soldiers who knows the pain of what titans can do. So we can crush them'
After a few moments you see him head towards you and you stand straight and look forward with the most dead expression you can do
Shadis: YOU THERE. WHO ARE YOU!?

You: TO JOIN THE SCOUTS SIR! TO BECOME LIKE MY FATHER SIR!

He then walks off to scare other cadets and you see some people looking at you with shocked expressions as they hear you want to join the scouts
*Crunch*
You turn your head to see a redhead girl eating a potato
You thinking: 'well...she's dead'
Shadis: you there who are you?
She looks around to see if she was being talked to but thinks not and takes another bite
Shadis: YOU ARE OFFICIALLY ON MY TO KILL LIST. JUST WHO IN THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!?
She then swallows the rest of her mouthful and salutes
