Aye! I'm back and ready for the New Year. How are you doing at this exact moment in time? Good, okay, happy, sad, meh?
You know, it's going to be alright, alright. -Lennon and McCartney
I just have a shit ton to work at. Staying organizined, playing bass and violin, and getting consistently good grades, but I have been so...
School's tomorrow, and I don't want to go back. I really don't. I'm not ready. I'm just not. But there's a possiblity that there is going to be a snow day tomorrow, because the temp is going to be below zero and the wind chill is going to make it worse.
I'm currently listening to Whote Spirit Fool for the Gods. It's a good rock song from the early 80s. They weren't that big but I like them anyways. I'd go see them if I had a timey-wimey device of some sort.
I made a few more Yes aesthetics.
Storybook Billy. I really love this one. It's sweet. I'd like to think he's respectable and sweet and a nice guy to date. ^–^
Mr. Stephen Janes Howe with Greek philosopher quotes. Xenocrates and Aristotle, if you're wondering. I also like the pictures of him in this one.^–^
W A K E M A N because Wakeman's pretty effing cool. And I love this one, and his capes and him and his music. ^–^
And Chris or Fish, not in a bad way though. I love Chris so. ^–^
Speaking of Yes, I introduced them to my grandmother, with Renaissance and Jethro Tull. I also found things with the Monty Python chaps, because she likes Python. How to Irritate People (Cleese and Chapman), A Liar's Autobiography (Chapman), So Anyway... (Cleese), and At the Last 1948.
Yours Is No Disgrace is coming on nicely. The first couple chapters are done and I like how the story is going. It's fun and depressing at the same time. I dig it so far. I might post bits of it later in the month in a new book and have a grand opening for it.
Earlier my friend and I were talking about what we're going to do after school and jobs and stuff like that. I still have no freakin' idea. An animator, an astrophysicist or a rock musician. And y'know the cliché, that "Do what you love and care about" mojo that people are always saying. It's not always the case.
I'd like to think I could be a musician because I'm in a band and I absolutely love it. I play bass and I love doing it. I'd love to be on a stage with my friends and play in front of an audience even it's only four people that show up. I don't care. I want to see my mistakes and improve on them.
I'd like to think I'm good at art and maybe be good enough for a job at going Gilliam-style animations. That's a really cool job in my book. Or art in general is fabulous. I love making things and be proud of them. It's so cool. My uncle's an artist and I'd love to do what he does for a living. I've been drawing before I could speak so...
I'd like to think I could become an astrophysicist because I love the stars and space. Space is so fasinating. It's so delicate and pretty, but it's so destructive. I mean, black holes. Stars dying. Planets formed. Planet's die. But when you look up in the night and see the stars, you forget about that and just see the beauty in it all. It's one of my favourite things to do: stargazing. I love anything to do with space. I have the book Brian May and two others wrote about space.
And maybe, just maybe, a chance of changing the world a quark-sized amount, and life could get a little brighter and I could be truly happy.
Anywho, I think that's enough of me and my hopes. Stay cool. Don't let anyway get you down. Peace and love and lots of hugs to you, my fellow groupies, rockers, bricks, proggers, lovers, troublefinders, and peacemakers. I shall see you soon.
💚I spilled too much, didn't I? Geez💜
